Good quality items, significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Arrived very quickly with Royal Mail and are as described. I had no problems, so I can't comment on customer service etc. but from this experience, I'm happy to buy from Ledsone again.

described badly
The parcel arrived promptly but inside, the light fittings I ordered which were described as ceramic turned out to have ceramic inner bits (invisible once in use) with a plastic surround. The more accurate description was embedded in the more detailed description so I should have been more careful but I think the headline should not describe them as ceramic. I have no use for these.

Customer service went above and beyond normal levels of support. The only reason LEDsone don't have a 5 star rating on TrustPilot is some barmpot left a 1 star review because the courier failed. Well, leave the courier a bad review then, not the supplier of the product 🤦♂️

These lights have surpassed our expectations. They are substantial and well made. The company were prompt in dispatching our order they have very good communication, letting us know how and where our order was. Our lights were packed particularly well. We would be happy to recommend them and they will be our first call for future purchases.
