Rachael was amazing throughout the process of moving into my new place. She was prompt at getting back to me with all the required information and was clear from the get go as to what was going to be required from me to move in. Very organised system :)

Have been emailing and calling Abby and Olivia to get to the bottom of when I can expect my rent for a property they manage for me. I have just signed up with them. The communication has been virtually non existent. I have left 4 voicemails and several emails of when I can expect my rent. It is now 2 months worth of rent due. The one email I got back on 5th May was the funds would be processed urgently. After a week I was told they was still trying to verify my bank account. That was eventually verified, but guess what still no rent processed. Spoke to Olivia today (3 rd June) she said she would contact me back with answers to me queries. No response back. Have asked for person in charge to raise complaint to but again no response.

Considering I am their client the service has been shocking! Simple call back or emails answering my questions would suffice. Now I am without 2 months rent but still need to make mortgage payments.

Sophie has been really helpful with preparing us for our move in and answered all questions that we have promptly. Michael and Lee have also been a great help with assisting us with many enquires as well as allowing us to view the property multiple times before securing it.

Myself and my partner have loved living at element the quarter for the last 18 months. Aside from the location and the facilities the building offers, the staff were unbelievable. Caitlin was fantastic, always happy to help, replied to any emails the same day and ensured a smooth transition when my partner moved in.

Rachael was amazing. She was super helpful throughout the whole rental process—easy to talk to, quick to respond, and always on top of things. Any questions I had, she got back to me right away, and the whole experience was really smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone reliable and easy to work with!

Recently completed with legacie developments since completion, I’ve had emails ignored for weeks not a single response after chasing up multiple times.

I had completed and couldn’t even collect my keys for 2 weeks due to lack of communication. Then on the day of collection the keys weren’t even where they were supposed to have been left.
I definitely won’t be investing in another one of their developments.

It’s interesting to see that over 69% of reviews on here get a response within a week but as a customer, I can’t get a response to emails. Tells you everything you need to know really.

Its a shame that one star is the minimum score or I would rate zero. Too many things went wrong and minor mistakes everywhere that I just can't mention them all here. For a extreme one, the utility charge said to be paid by tenant on the signed agreement and also been said in an email that it goes to me. In fact, I missed this content and took it serious to the agreement but now they asked me to take the email as formal information. For the second one, I've authorized them to deduct services charge from the rent of both units and they only worked with one of the two even twice email confirmations received. Neglect my 3 consecutive emails on the issue and haven't make any responses over two weeks as at this point. Its a horrible experience and I am exhausted in dealing with this company.

Dealt with Rachael Gill for everything after the viewing and she has been amazing. Any questions I’ve had she has got back to me with and has been a very straightforward process.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Legacie I was brought on as a subcontractor to complete a project, and despite fulfilling my obligations and delivering the work as agreed, I was never paid. I followed up multiple times professionally, gave them ample opportunity to resolve the issue, but my requests were ignored or met with empty promises.

This company operates with a lack of integrity and respect for those they hire. If you’re a subcontractor or vendor considering working with them, I strongly advise you to reconsider unless you want to work for free. A business that doesn’t honor its financial commitments cannot be trusted.

I’m sharing this review in the hope that it helps others avoid a similar situation.

A big thank-you to Julie who helped us recover some unpaid rent. This was a long and frustrating process but Julie persisted with the case, keeping us informed at various stages. Throughout this lenghty process she remained cheerful, positive and re-assured us that we would get the money owing to us paid. Thanks again Julie, your efforts are very much appreciated.

Beware, Legacie will not allow you to end a rolling contract, once your fixed term expires.
Total nightmare.
Avoid!!

**Having read Legacie's reply to my comment above, their response is simply untrue.
Legacie insist all tenants must agree to terminate rolling contract, and that no single person can opt to end the rolling contract.
So you are committed to rent/liabilities until your joint tenants agreeing to either renew a fixed term without you. Or they agree to replace you with a new tenant (and again a new contract). If the joint tenant refuses to let you leave, Legacie insist you stay, pay rent, have responsibility.
There is no break out clause according to Legacie.
This can continue for years under Legacies contracts according to Legacie.

What a business model!!

Avoid joint contracts /flat share under Legacie until you have the exit clause confirmed!

This is my first rental property alone. I'm not the most tech savy person in the world , but Rosanagh, could not have been more patient and thorough. I had to set up a new email and she even offered to stay on the phone incase I git into any difficulty. Her communication was outstanding and made a daunting task extremely easy. Highly recommended.
