I bought the max lite pro duffel bag…

YesI bought the max lite pro duffel bag with wheels . The inside zipper in bottom has no tag so zipper closes but hard to do is this a defective bag or do they are come this way

Lex luggage replied right away not defective it had no zipper pull .. I have upgraded my rating to excellent

Hello Nancy, the zipper you're speaking about is NOT broken. This is the zipper to unzip the lining of the bag and allow access to the framing of the bag in case it ever needs to be repaired. This zipper is intended to be used only for repairs.

Great First Order Experience

The site was easy to navigate and delivery was SUPER quick. I was a little apprehensive because I had never heard of Lexington Luggage before, but the overall experience was seamless.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, product arrived promptly and we purchased a second suitcase based on this experience and are equally as happy. We will definitely return for more travel needs. Thank you for taking such good care if us.
