Had a problem as I downloaded Office 2019 instead of Office 2024. I emailed Licenseplace and Harry very kindly reissued the correct package and gave me detailed step by step instruction on how to install on my MacBook. Harry also offered further realtime support if I needed it. Thankfully the instructions worked and my problem was resolved most efficiently. Outstanding service and support.

Initially I couldn't upload and get the software I bought to work. I was using an older PC so the updates didn't connect properly. I thought I had lost my chance to get the software uploaded and not being a particular expert I nearly gave up. I then contacted Licenseplace via email and got very quick and detailed advice. I had an issue that I needed rectifying and the team here spent the morning offering up various solutions until I got to the problem so I cannot fault them at all and Microsoft for less than £10 is amazing. So Id fully recommend.

I initially had some issues with my download of Lightroom and contacted Licenseplace's general help desk through their website. Harry contacted me within a few hours on the same day and we were back and forward in the evening until the download was resolved. I had a further query and went straight to Harry who was very helpful and solved my issue by return.

Spoke to a guy called Harry - he was incredibly helpful, fixed my faults and made sure the software was properly installed. I strongly recommend this company, its service and its products.

Very responsive business who is happy to troubleshoot issues with installation even on weekends - I mistakenly bought the incorrect MS Office package and they were kind enough to send the appropriate version to me within an hour.

I was pleased at the cost of the software, but the support guys have been extra helpful. Couple of minor issues were sorted out same day. I'll certainly check back in for additional products.

Super easy to use when I was getting support to install autocad. Resolved the problem really quickly and professionally. Couldn't be happier.

Having considered some issues I contacted the distributor. Harry the technical wizard contacted me. He is very helpful and considerate. He fully understands that not everybody is fully proficient with technology, and he makes the necessary adjustments. Having solved the problem in no time, he went on to enjoy his Sunday. I purchased Pinnacle 19 Pro video editing software and I accidentally forgot to select it on the drop down menu when selecting the Lifetime Licence.
I contacted Customer Service and they quickly cancelled the error and sent me a link with the new License.

I downloaded it with the correct software and within half an hour the video editing suite was downloaded and working on my PC.

Excellent, friendly service and it was made effortless to resolve. I highly recommend and look forward to buying further products from this company. Thank you team for the excellent quality customer service and products.
