After the initial Licensing problem associated with my purchase of AutoCad 2026 it was reassuring to be able to contact the provider who offered both further email assistance or customer support direct. Having arranged for customer support direct Harry was efficient and very helpful resolving the problem. It was a pleasure to deal with a human voice on the end of a phone which also gave me a lot of reasurance. 10 out of 10 for Harry who even advised there was future customer support if required.

Had an issue with install and all emails were replied to quickly and clear with instructions, they arranged an appointment and help was given over the phone and with support was given via remote help - within a few minutes they had identified what I was doing wrong and helped install the software, great service and very helpful - thank you, great customer service

I bought a copy of Photoshop 2026 through Wowcher at the start of the year but it started crashing after 6 months - almost certainly because of Microsoft Windows updates. After many hours and failing to solve the conflict, I contacted Licenseplace and they immediately sent a later version of PS which runs perfectly.

Great technical support solved the issue and up and running in 30 mins

I originally had problems where my computer would not let me install CorelDraw 2025 but after talking with Licenceplace thay arranged for a tecnician to assist me online.
I found the whole process simple and flawless plus Harry was efficient, polite and patient.
I would recommend Licenceplace to my clients and friends

Getting Office for MAC 2024 onto your computer is easy. Making it work is less so. The process is quite complicated, bypassing Microsoft's usual registration ystems. Please understand that this version of Office does NOT get you a Microsoft 365 account. However, the saving grace of this is Harry, who operates the helpline
His explanation of what you get and how to do it is so much clearer than the somewhat cryptic Wowcher notes you get before. He must have inexhaustible patience, because people will come to him totally frazzled as to why the damn thing (apparently successfully downloaded) will not work. So, when in doubt - ask Harry. Message to Wowcher - ask Harry to rewrite your online instructions - he is much better at it than you are!

Brilliant communication, however it may be slow. I understand that they are very busy, so just patience, they will and always do get back to me. The IT support has been magnificent, and every problem has been solved. 5* and 100% reccomendation

I couldnt manage to open my AutoCAD software bought from License Place, I emailed to let them know and was very quickly responded to. Harry made an appointment to install the software for me remotel, he did this on the day and time that we discussed and was very helpfull. I would recomend this company for AutoCAD software they have been great!!! if i could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Thank you so much!

Was met remotely by Harry who helped in my Microsoft programme installations. I found him to be very supportive, down to earth and pleasure to be served by. I think he is a credit to his organisation and I would recommend him to potential clients as a skilled operator and well spoken. I would definitely do business with the organisation in the future.

I bought the microsoft office package and i couldnt get it to operate. I contacted Licenseplace and they emailed back and arranged for a telephone call to help install it . Harry the adviser was very professional and managed to instal the package for me. Thank you .
