£12 to charge my phone for 3 minuits, its a scam dont use this product

I rented on the 20th June at Wembley. The guys told me I can return and get a refund after show to any station. I don't need to tell, nobody was around in the end. I returned by post on the 22nd June and I haven't received any update about it so I contacted them on the 2nd July and they said they processed the refund. Still haven't received. Emailed again and so they're just lying to will get back with an update but nothing happens. Don't use them unless if you keep the power bank but definitely don't bother to send it back, because you'll end without goods and your money. Useless costumer service. I feel I've been scammed. I did reported to my bank.

Extremely great service. Vending machines were always restocked. My phone was always charged. Could not have done this without Lifesaver. Charger is light weight. Much better than carrying your personal heavy charger around with you. Kept my phone always charged for 10 days for a great price of £10 for the duration of my stay. My only recommendation is to better shade the vending machine because the touch screen is affected by the direct sun.

While in London, I rented one of their chargers. The process was easy - until I tried to return it. Another charger was stuck in the return slot, so I physically couldn’t return mine.

I contacted the company via WhatsApp and followed their instructions to post it back. They said I’d get a full refund.

Two weeks passed - no update.

I chased them on WhatsApp. It took two days to respond - then they said they’d get back to me. Nothing. I called their office, was promised a follow-up - again, nothing. I messaged them again saying I’d dispute the payment if I didn’t hear back. A day later, they replied asking for my email to send another refund form. I gave it - twice. The form never came.

After three weeks of being ignored and going in circles, I gave up and went to my bank to dispute the charge. I got my money back - not thanks to them.

Awful customer service, terrible communication. Avoid this company at all costs.

We think this power bank was a life saver as my husbands phone died at the Grand Prix and it saved his arse.

Chargers quickly , lightweight so not a hassle to carry with phone!

hired at chelsea flower show. limited time charging to give an accurate view on its capabilities.
my issue is they charge you £15 more than the cost of it at the time and tell you that will be refunded. think in about 1 wk. this didnt happen. tried chat but couldnt screenshot my banking. tried customer service but they said I still had to provide proof. wont look in to it. eventually when I got my bank statement I then had to contact them again with a photo with proof and was then refunded over 6 wks after I paid. people may like the product but how many people does this happen to I wonder? am sure many would forget to chase. I think that is wrong.

It easy adjustable

It is light, compact, and portable, with wires easily hidden. I used it for the Lana Del Rey concert at Wembley, with a power bank, but I'm not sure yet.

Absolute lifesaver literally my own power banks gave up on me and had to rent this one at the Formula 1 at Silverstone and the best part is you can either keep or return and even swap it
