The worst store builder experience. In my 7+ years in e-commerce, I’ve never dealt with support this bad. They are hopeless and rely entirely on scripts—talking to an AI would be more helpful. Their only response is an empty promise about 'escalating the issue to the dev team,' followed by days of absolute silence. They don't even provide a phone number. I should have listened to my friends who warned me about their terrible service and never use this platform that is only built for nonecommerce people. Save your time, energy, and money: avoid Lightfunnels completely.

I regret switching from Shopify to Lightfunnels.
I switched from Shopify to Lightfunnels specifically to support a Moroccan SaaS, and I genuinely regret that decision.
The platform is riddled with bugs. One example: when a customer simply views a product, it automatically gets added to their cart. I spent days troubleshooting on my end before realizing the issue wasn't mine, it was Lightfunnels'.
When I reached out to their support team (with all due respect), the experience was incredibly disappointing. Every single time, I got the same response: "I'll escalate this to the dev team." I'd follow up, and get the exact same line again. It honestly felt like I was talking to a bot, not a human.
I hate leaving negative reviews, but people deserve to know: this platform has so many bugs that my business was effectively shut down for nearly 10 days while I tried to fix an issue that was never resolved.
I would never use Lightfunnels again, and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone who already has a working business. I'm going back to Shopify.

lightfunnels is the best platform fo far easy to customize, literally u can adjust anything and has create options for more conversions.i am so happy so far 10 out of 10

i don't recommend using them they suck a lot i was dump when i switched from shopify to lighfunnels to be honest if you sent a message to their live chat you'll wait for an eternity waiting to get a response
Please get back to me ASAP. We've been waiting for a fix on the Klaviyo integration for a couple of weeks and no response from the team. Customer support does not follow up and instead we are forced to speak to an AI.

In September of 2024, I prepared a full report, video recordings and text, thoroughly explaining 15 seperate problems/bugs in the editor. Since my report, it has almost been a year. 4 of those problems have been fixed to this day.
For the past 4 months, the platform had critical issues, such as:
- Their Skool alternative, Lightskool, was unable to recognize order bumps as seperate products. With hundreds upon hundreds of orders coming in every day in my successful business, it was such a headache to work with.
- With a professional business e-mail, no matter how many possible solutions we tried, our product fulfillment e-mails went straight into the spam folder. We have not seen anything like this with any other platform on the market.
- Even issues that one can point out the frustration they cause through 5 minutes of basic thinking, such as the header codes not being imported when a funnel is imported, were not fixed. This was one of the problems I reported a year ago. I sell funnels to my customers in a bundle. With every single one, I needed to explain to them where they need to paste the custom code in order to have a working funnel.
- This was not reported by me, but I have reason to believe they know this occurs but have little care about it: Let's say you have your purchase button linked to your upsell page, so that you can direct a customer into your upsell after a purchase. If you were to go into your checkout page and inspect the purchase button using the dev tools, you can actually SEE the upsell page's link, and not only that, you can actually access the upsell page, without really making a purchase. You will see that if you only open the link of your upsell page without adding "?preview=true" at the end of the URL, the page is going to redirect you to the starting page of the funnel. If you take the link in the purchase button as I explained, you can access the upsell page with no problem. I don't know to what extend this may bother you, but it really bothered me when I realised it. After so many bugs not being fixed, I just don't want to waste my time explaining the issue to the support team, just to have nothing solved at the end of the day.
Today, another bug arose in the editor. This issue made the funnel editor unusable, by causing a crash in Chrome every time I tried to drag-and-drop a container into another container. I was handed the same reply as before: "escalated to our incompetent dev team".
Despite multiple reports in the past months, critical issues with this problem remain unfixed. I have been informed repeatedly that the development team is handling this, but there has been zero progress.
They can't provide a realistic timeline for a solution. They can't provide a direct and transparent conversation about resource constraints or other internal limitations that are preventing these fixes. They don't communicate their team's capabilities. Only thing Lightfunnels currently have is generic assurances that lead to no results.
For the record: I assure you that I am certainly not the type of person that you would say "he's commonly rude to other people" if we met. I took my time to explain to them what was wrong in their editor, automation system, e-mail system, Lightskool. I was as kind as possible to everyone in the support team (their names were "adam", "hafsa" and "yousra"), I was more than happy to send long paragraphs, to record videos, to sit in live chat with them for more than required in most live chat sessions, explaining all the issues. I was hopeful of them fixing the bugs.
I just can't stand it anymore.
This is my second review. Probably the WORST customer support of all time.
There is an issue with their Airwallex integration. I asked them about 3 MONTHS AGO to check what is the issue and everytime they are saying that they have escalated to the dev team with NO OTHER RESPONSE.
If you aren't going to fix it let me know, so I can move to checkoutchamp.
Please fix this issue so I can delete my reviews.

The platform is very clean, modern and fast. The customer support is also excellent, nothing to say about that. However there are some minor issues, like ctrl-z and ctrl-y shortcuts which doesn't work. As someone who doesn't like to leave the keyboard, I find it a little inconvenient to have to use my mouse to click the undo and redo buttons. There is also a problem with collaboration, for example if me and my partner are both working on the funnel editor, we cannot see what each person is doing. So if I change a title and save it, he will not see that, which means he still has the old title. So if he changes a button and save it, he would override my old change with his version, and the old title will still be there. I hope the explanation is clear, but it would be lovely to have a collaborative mode like Figma for example.
Besides that very good platform, keep it up !
