As a former customer I give absolutely negative opinion for: UNPLEASANT customer service, problems with payments and extended awaiting time for purchased products. LIKI24 last time had a problem with their own payment system. After 2 months from purchase transaction I was asked to pay again for products without giving me any guarantee that I would not pay twice (!). Im writting about this because customer service asking me money confirmed via whatsapp, that, yes, they have problem with their payment system. I asked for a confirmation from their bank that my previous payment did not go through. I received some unclear screen from I think an app, and I was unpleasantly invited to check by myself my own bank account history (2 months to checking). What's more, the company at the same time sent a GLS courier to my home without warning me about it before (!!!) to supposedly collect the purchased products from me (!) I asked customer service about GLS courier many times, but I was ignored! I had absolutely negative experience with this shop!!! BTW, LIKI24, I paid you again, but please notice, that paying via your website there is no confirmation if transaction went through, I also didnt receive confirmaction (automatic confirmation email about payment).

Diese Seit ist ein Betrug. Ich habe meine Bestellung vor 2,5 Wochen gemacht. Bis jetzt wurde sie nicht mal geliefert. Der Kundenservice ist super frech. Die Bestellung kann nicht mehr storniert werden und wann die Lieferung verschickt wird ist auch unklar. Ich werde mich bestimmt an den Konsimentenschutz wenden und ich empfehle diese Seite niemanden.

Ho fatto l' ordine il 20 di Agosto ....volevo pagare con PayPal e non accettava il pagamento?Ho contattato lik24 con risposta probabilmente è la mia carta non abilitata Adesso chiedo il rimborso .... visto che non hanno consegnato la merce...alle mie email rispondono in automatico senza leggere il messaggio. . Truffatori state alla larga di questo sito seguirà denuncia alle autorità competenti

Terrible customer service. I have placed the order with them and waited 1 month for products. After this I have received a message that they by mistake issued a refund to me so now that the goods are delivered they request a payment which I did. Unfortunately I paid them twice by mistake. Getting money back from them is impossible. They are inventing more and more excuses and processes for me to follow to get my money back. It’s a total scam.

“Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit Liki24.at. Ich habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben, aber das Paket ist nie angekommen. Nachdem ich mehrmals den Kundenservice kontaktiert habe, wurde ich von einer sehr unhöflichen und unprofessionellen Dame betreut, die mir überhaupt nicht weitergeholfen hat. Leider habe ich das gesamte Geld verloren und nichts erhalten. Ich kann diesen Service absolut nicht empfehlen!”

Diese Seite ist Betrug . Habe für 72,79€ Produkte bestellt und bezahlt und die Ware ist nie angekommen und mein Geld bekomme ich auch nicht zurück ! Also Vorsicht Betrüger !

Unglaublich, ich habe Nasentropfen am 9.8.24 bestellt und die sind immer noch nicht da! Man kann nur per chat schreiben. Es gibt keine Telefonnummer nichts! Die verarschen Leute!!!!

Nicht zu empfehlen! Ich habe etwas bestellt und angeblich meine Adresse wäre Falsch. Stimmt überhaupt nicht, da ich überhaupt DHL ständig Pakete bestellt habe. Ich habe Liki24 informiert, dass ich mein Paket nicht erhalten habe und, dass ich das Geld zurück bekommen möchte und habe so eine Antwort bekommen :"Wir sind keine Apotheke und verfügen über keine eigenen Lagerbestände. Da wir die Bestellung ordnungsgemäß verschickt haben und versucht haben, das Paket zuzustellen, Sie das Paket jedoch nicht abholen konnten und es zurückgeschickt wurde, informieren wir Sie darüber, dass die Bestellung nicht erneut gesendet werden kann und das Geld nicht zurückerstattet werden kann. Danke schön!"

Muss Reis-Mais Nudeln bestellen, welche es im Moment nirgends gibt.
Für die Packung 6.10€, welche sonst 3.49€ kosten. Ich bezahle duch die Allergien meines Sohnes jeden Monat so viel Geld. Hier fühle ich mich komplett über den Tisch gezogen und man verdient hier Geld mit dem Leid anderer.

Scam!!!!
Ich habe 50€ verloren. Medikamente bestellt und nie angekommen. Es lag an dem Zusteller. Sie konnten das Paket nicht in den Briefkasten werfen, weil ich nicht ans Telefon ging. Da hat aber keiner je angerufen.
Verarsch*!!!

Gefälschte Produkte geliefert. Kontakt unmöglich. Bewertung, die ich abgegeben habe, taucht nirgends auf.

Ware beschädigt erhalten. Keinerlei Kontakt mit Liki möglich

Es ist kein klassischer Onlineshop, aber darauf wird transparent hingewiesen.
Bestellprozess ist einfach, Ware kam innerhalb von 1er Woche via GLS an. Alles wie bestellt. Bestelle sicher wieder dort, einfach top!
