Yes, I am another mug! Placed my order and received a confirmation email on 6th October, saying "We're getting your order ready to be shipped."
On 5th May, I received an email saying that my order had been shipped via Royal Mail, Tracked 48 on 13/5/2026!
I had forgotten about my order and thought this was a scam. Received another email saying they were unable to send one of the plants. I did contact them, and they apologised for the
peculiar email and that my order would be delivered on the 18th.
It did arrive on time, but the plants were in dreadful condition. Three were dead, and two were almost dead. One was missing. All were tiny.
I contacted them to complain, with photos, and today I received the standard message that many others have. Fobbing us off. Sophie did promise a refund for the missing plant. She seems to think that the dead plants will miraculously recover! I've been gardening for over 60 years, and I know a dead plant when I see one.
PLEASE AVOID THIS DREADFUL COMPANY

Plants arrived quickly in good condition, well packaged and good value. Peter the goldfish ate the previous ones and says they are delicious. Gloria and her Guppie family, in a separate tank, are using them for.. ahem... breeding purposes. All good!

Years ago I made a pond and bought all of my new plants from Lincs Plants with impressive perfect service, the plants survive to this day.
So on 21st February when a notification popped up offering a pre-order for Hardy Geraniums - which I needed to fill space in a shady area, I was very happy to order from them.
I paid £19.83 for SIX plants including £6.00 postage.

Today, 19th May, just ONE shrivelled up poor old twig arrived - there really is no sign of life. I have given the benefit of the doubt and put it in compost but it needs a miracle.
Before anyone lectures me about bare rooted plants, I am fully aware of the appearance on arrival, Farmer Gracy are experts at this. I have now hastily ordered what they have left of their Hardy Geraniums.

Lincs Plants emailed me to let me know that I should expect only one (Sanguineum) and have refunded £11:79 so I have not only paid for a twig @ £2.04 but also £6.00 postage. This is not so much about the cost - which is very low but I had planned where to put these very useful fillers in my garden, so it is the inconvenience for me.
They need to just stick to pond plants and perhaps employ either more staff or better staff.

Reading another comment on here, I do believe that this is either some sort of con / scam or just plain incompetence. Whatever it is, customers do not like being taken for mugs so I will NEVER order anything from them again.
However, I can recommend Farmer Gracy!

ordered my pond plants and they were delivered two days later am in perfect condition by Royal Mail. Instructions were followed , and placed in my pond immediaetly. really pleased with the products, and the price was very reasonable.

Yet another furious customer conned by the pre order scam! Having pre ordered numerous plants 8 months ago, and after much chasing up, I finally received 50% of my order last week. No explanation as to where the rest of my order was or apology at all! To add to this the "plants" I received are appalling as numerous other customers have mentioned. Dried out twiggy bare roots supplied in place of the 3 ltr plants advertised and customer service try to fob you off with the "they will eventually grow to 3 ltr size"! Pretty much all plants will eventually grow to 3 ltr size given the right care and conditions but that is not what I ordered. This makes a mockery of Trading Standards. I would also love to know how the poor weather has impacted sending out these roots as that is the excuse you have constantly given me. An extremely unhelpful 'Simon' told me to send the plants back if I wasn't happy, no return address details etc supplied and no mention of the fact that Lincs are responsible for organising the return given they supplied so called plants which are not as described. This whole debacle has undoubtedly caused considerable damage to the Lincs Plants brand and is borderline fraudulent activity. I am one of many furious customers. I am sick and tired of asking for my full refund. If I do not receive it by return I intend to pursue this with Trading Standards without delay. Absolutely appalling behaviour from a company who clearly couldn't care less about their customer base. Avoid!
**UPDATE I've just received a reply from Lincs and still no mention of my refund! If this is not immediately forthcoming I will report to Trading Standards and cause one almighty fuss at Lincs stand at Chelsea Flower Show. See you there on Friday

One of the plants looked very brown, one of the weight clips were broken. Time will tell how they get on.

Poor quality poor customer service poor all round. Plants supplied were dead, no growth 7 months after receipt, constantly fobbed off by inept customer service who clearly don’t give a damn. Avoid at all costs, I will be looking elsewhere

I live in Nottinghamshire and I find it increasingly difficult to find pond plants for my wild life pond. I actually stumbled across Lincs Plants on Amazon and thought I’d give them a go. This review follows my second purchase and I have to say the condition of the plants upon arrival was as though I’d collected them myself. Pleased to see they used tracked Royal Mail for the premium delivery service which I’m more than happy to pay for. You guys will be my go to now.

I am truly impressed with this company. I ordered from them last year and received pond plants in excellent condition and they grew beautifully. I ordered again this year and, once again, the plants arrived in very good condition and are already in the pond, hopefully improving the look and condition of the pond for the fish and resident frog! Pretty fast delivery and good packaging meant that the plants arrived and didn’t appear at all stressed.

As a Yorkshire man there spot on and as u all no Yorkshire men dont like to spend there money so for that reason I came here quality products at fair price
