Secure Legacy is a great company to get your will sorted.
I answered an advert on line and they asked me a few questions about drafting a will. A couple of days later they called me and they asked me more questions about how I wanted to leave my family my stuff after my death.
They sent a email draft of my personal will to make sure that the paper will was correct.
A few days later my legal paper will arrived in the mail a brilliant service at a cost I could afford. A legally binding will at a fraction of the cost of going to a solicitor.

Overall, not the best experience.
Overall, not the best experience. The hook is clearly the price, but very soon I was facing a £500 charge for property protection trust, and the pressure to buy it was very evident. If it is so important, include it in the up-front price.
When we got the first draft, it included a company as an executor. Why was this not mentioned at the outset?

All of our will writers have a legal and ethical duty of care to highlight any potential vulnerabilities or risks in a client’s estate planning. That means we are required to explain additional protections, even if a client has come in only wanting the basics.
The intention is never to pressure, but to ensure that clients are making fully informed decisions, rather than discovering later that something important was never mentioned.
Ultimately, all decisions always remain with you — (and you were absolutely within your rights to stick to the basics you wanted.)

It would be useful to have sent the tracking reference.
The document is sent in 'Do not bend' letter and if the letterbox is not wide enough, the Royal Mail leave a card.
However they do not always return to deliver on that day.
Then it ends up a merry go round.
The staff at Secure Legacy are very helpful.

We had to create a will at short notice. We got a call quickly. We were talked through the process. We were also informed about other products which we did not think about. Which we will be taking them up on. Great value for money as well. Seamless and kept well informed.

Didn’t even write a valid will
I recently had clients come to my firm for new wills after using Secure Legacy. They had put themselves as executors even after the clients asked them not to, had made multiple errors in spellings of names etc which had been corrected but most fundamentally they never checked the Wills were executed properly so when the clients brought them to me it turned out they didn’t even have valid wills after paying for this service!
