Recommend anytime ,excellent service
I contacted this company after reading all about them on line. I phoned on Thursday...they rang me back on Friday to discuss what I wanted. Received a draft Will by email on Monday and should receive my new Will within 10 days.An easy Will and only £47 !!!! What a total snip. ( Solicitors about £400). The staff were very polite and understanding. What excellent service.

For a basic Will
For a basic Will, this is perfect. The service was great until I declined their offer of £800 for power of attorney and then £100 for them to store the Will. There followed detrimental comments of how I'm not thinking of my family.
These are hard enough to do without feeling pressured and made to feel guilty.

All of our will writers have a legal and ethical duty of care to highlight any potential vulnerabilities or risks in a client’s estate planning. That means we are required to explain additional protections, even if a client has come in only wanting the basics.
The intention is never to pressure, but to ensure that clients are making fully informed decisions, rather than discovering later that something important was never mentioned.
Ultimately, all decisions always remain with you and you were absolutely within your rights to stick to the basic will.

Quick service
Quick service and very reasonably priced. Staff are clearly knowledgeable. I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 as they do try to upsell to increase the price. I think there should be honesty about the possibility of a price change when booking and paying for the appointment.

I felt that the actual service of…
I felt that the actual service of getting our wills produced was quite easy and quick. On the call, we were on the phone for an hour, and the majority of the call was about trying to upsell us on extras instead of just the original package I'd bought and paid for. Both my husband and I felt it to be far too salesy on the call and actually, when we didn't purchase any of the upgrades, the temperature of the call changed dramatically.
