Hi Emma
I replied to your online chat and also the email when I found it in junk on Friday. It may have gone to your junk folder. I said that there’s no problem returning. I asked you to remeasure and see the returns guide on the website and not to forget to include a note. Please check your messages and reply to it if you need any further information x
Not sure if this is genuine
Not sure if this is genuine. Doesn’t seem to do much for my achey back or anxiety but I have only worn for a week so will see. Am hopeful! ! Probably should have gone for the medium size instead of the small being an adult female.

Hi
Thank you for your review. We only sell genuine Baltic amber and have done for over 11 years. It’s also been reviewed over 3000 times on here and all are genuine verified reviews.
Amber is not a drug. It is the same as crystals and gemstones. The measuring guide is on the website if you needed to use a snug size.
If you need any further info, please send me an email at marie@loveamberx.co.Uk and I will be happy to help.
Thank you
Marie x

Excellent service
Excellent service! I have purchased first a necklace for myself as I always wanted one . When arrived I couldn't be more happier. It is absolutely beautiful.
Then after a week I decided to buy one for my 6year old son .He wanted to have one like his mummy.
It was worth the waiting as it was a pre-ordered one and tooked a little longer to arrive.
The day it arrived it happened that my son was at home ,of school as he had an ear ache .
The necklace arrived later that day .
I put his necklace on . about an hour after or less his ear ache completely disappeared. But shortly after had an episode of sickness.
Coincidence or not I do believe that the amber helped to expell the bug out ..
He felt so much better by the bed time .
In the morning he woke up like nothing happened and ready to go to school..
One happy mum ❤️

Friendly, helpful customer service
I placed an order about a month ago and was happy with the purchase, I then contacted them asking for some advice on which anklet would be beneficial for 5 year old, they were super helpful and answered all my questions, I proceeded to place the order and oh my the anklets I purchased are an absolute godsend, my one has helped with pain from an old injury and my headaches which sounds crazy but honestly this has helped so much, my 5 year old loves his too and again hasn't complained of any pain in his legs since wearing it, i can totally see how these anklets help teething babies! If you're on the fence I would say just go for it! There's nothing to lose and your supporting a small business stay afloat in these difficult times! I have recommended these to friends too!

I have now bought 4 anklets for my baby and friend's and one necklace. They arrive in pretty little bags, always the highest quality. The beads feel lovely too. My son was bought a necklace as a gift off Amazon and you can feel the difference in quality. The customer service is second to none too. Definitely recommend x

Top teething
I've been buying from LoveAmberX for over 10years, service is always impeccable, I've only ever had positive experiences when buying and communicating. Amber was a game changer in my house, teething powders and gels didn't help but amber did. I continue to use amber for myself and buy it as gifts for others too.
