These are very good qualiy toys with…
These are very good qualiy toys with great lessons taught. However, there are a few issues with the ordering:
1) You are only allowed to purchase a kit based on the age. If the chld is exceptional, you need to play around with the birthdate to buy a specific kit your child is ready for.
2) The subscription thing can be a bit annoying. I was billed for the next kit 4 days after ordering the previous one.
3) Kit mentioned in 2 had a failed payment. However, the vague e-mails I received did not suggest payment was for a kit I was not aware was scheduled to be sent to me. When I re-entered my card, I got charged without knowing what I was getting charged for.
4) Billing issues, order cancellations etc. are only done via e-mail. I'm not sure how long it takes to answer but it's been 48 hours so far.
Again, great toy / learning kits. Funny business practices and little options for customer care.
Biggest plus in the whole story is the kits are very high quality. You can package the kit back in the box for the next child and you won't have to worry about the difficulty with dealing with the company twice.
I have a problem with my order
I have a problem with my order, I have paid 97€, in a few days I will have to pay the next package 97€ while I have not received the previous one and there is no response to my emails and messages. I feel very disappointed.

I would not suggest anyone to buy anything from Lovevery.com. This is an very unpleasant purchase.
I purchased initially in Nov. 2023 I did not even know that the website has the default option with the continuous subscription until the last charge on my credit card on April, 2024.
So please be CAREFUL if you do a purchased on lovevery.com
charged me 193$ and cancelled my order
I have sent them multiple emails but I havent heard back from them. I just bought 1 additional playkit since I just wanted the babbler playkit for my baby eventhough she is already 15 months old. But they keep adding multiple child on my account when I only have 1 child. It means they keep on putting new subscriptions to each child and I cant monitor how they charge me. So for the 2nd child that they added to my new subscription, I had to cancel the subscription since there's already multiple subscriptions. They just sent me an email that I have cancelled my babbler play kit when in fact they've charged me 193$ on my paypal account. I checked my paypal account and mastercard multiple times and I can still see that lovevery charged me. How can they be so greedy and take away those very expensive playkit from a baby? They are overpriced and their competitors have more good looking toys at reasonable prices. I still have not received any response from them. Customer service is poor. No sense of urgency when they took large amount of money from me.

Reading all the comments. I'm shocked I'm not the only one who got scammed from this company. They took my money and sent an invoice. I have not purchased anything. Now, after numerous emails, they are not responding. I think we all should make a complaint to accc. These people will continue to scam.

They do not let you post negative review on their own website. Cannot believe they retire the best toy grip canister set after I prepaid. I even was trying to pay extra to get the old toy, their customer service did not let me to buy it when they had stock. Later they told me they were out of stock and no longer have it. This is must be a joke! The quality of the newer version toys are bad, has defects and looks cheap as well. My baby does not like the newer version, so has to return it. Their customer service is terrible to work with, and even does not know how to calculate the refund. Very disappointing experience.

Let me start by saying that I loved the kits and my daughter still gets a lot of use out of the toys even at 2 years old. I have skipped the kits since she turned 1 for financial reasons (they are extremely expensive!). However, I forgot to skip the last kit and was charged for it, resulting in my account going into arrears (totally my fault). I contacted the company about a refund and received excellent communication from them about how to go about returning and getting a refund. I sent the kit back on 13th February. I asked for an update last week and have yet to receive a response. I emailed them again, no response. So not only am I down £120 with twins on the way in a matter of weeks, I don't even have the kit to show for it!! They have effectively stolen my money as it stands. Such a shame, as up until now I really rated Lovevery. I will update the review when (IF) Lovevery ever decide to respond.
Lack of customer service is shocking…
Lack of customer service is shocking and not the first time I have to chase them and get 0 support / silent treatment.
They have been late on delivering at least a couple of kits for my LO. The promise is it would arrive on their monthly birth date and should be posted out about a week before.
This time no communication was made, I messaged them 2 days beforehand and turns out because of their internal error it was never actually dispatched. Still no effort was made to meet their SLA and instead a £10 refund was offered and the standard delivery.
Tracking was promised to be shared with me in a few hours after raising this, but we are now 1.5 days later, still nothing and no response from anyone.
The box was supposed to be opened today and now God only knows when they will ship without care

This company makes money by being sneaky & not honest. No wonder they don’t have a phone number. Let ur friends everywhere know about their business practices. I bought what I thought was a nice gift just to find out it’s the gift that doesn’t stop giving. 9 months later I was charged $85 , then 2 months later another $85. The gift cost me $242.00. It would’ve kept going if I didn’t have a chat(they don’t have a phone number-figures & understandable)! i didn’t know I had to cancel. I didn’t know I signed up long term! Nowhere was this mentioned. What a shame a company can prey on people like this. DON’T shop at this company.

Awful experience dealing with them. Bought three boxes that was well and good since I did not have to interact with the team. Like others I dudded when they made an automated payment of $200 for the next box and had it sent and received within 5 days despite my efforts to email and cancel the order, no response. It was only when I threatened to contact the ACCC was when I got a response back from lovevery commencing a return of product and refund as I had no intention of opening and using the box so that’s all well and good. Over a week since the box had successfully returned back to lovevery no emails, no notifications regarding a safe return or refund. Transaction is smooth when they take your money and release their products but the other way around is a nightmare. Don’t bother with this company and keep an eye out for their “subscriptions” in case this happens to you too.

Very dishonest company
Very dishonest company. They trick you into a subscription and then refuse to refund you for boxes. Appalling and dishonest customer service. Interestingly, this seems to be a theme among other commenters. Strongly recommend against buying from them. There are far superior and more honest companies to buy from.
Absolute hassle to buy from
The toys are nice quality, but that is the only nice thing about buying from this company.
It is impossible to simply buy anything from their website without jumping through several hoops, giving them information about your child and then signing up for a subscription.
I wanted to buy 3 kits for 3 separate children, and it's simply impossible because they are intent on forcing you into a subscription stream. You cannot just add things to your basket and checkout. You then have to go through the hassle of cancelling subscription after your purchase.

Colis n'est pas arrivé et il y a tout un process pour se faire rembourser. Le transporteur a même osé signer à ma place...
ça vaut pas le coup de commander lovevery. Si vous voulez vraiment commandez sur Amazon, tan pis pour leur marge.
