I was all set to buy. They seem to be rated very highly. BUT the only way to come I ate with them is by email or chat. Their chat was not connecting for me earlier today so I sent an email. There auto res once said they would. Get back to me in 5 to 7 days. So I decided to try chat again and waited for 45 minutes before being cut off. I finally connected but it was very glitchy. There are lots of red flags about this company.

I purchased a Play Kit in the beginning of December and after 10days I received and email about a new order. I never agreed during the first purchase on a subscription. The email was received on Christmas Day. I have tried to contact them since and no one has replied to any of my 6 emails. DO NOT purchase from this company. They will take your money without informing you in advance and them they are purposely not replying to your emails!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought one kit for my granddaughter for Christmas, and depending on the thoughts on their product, I would buy one more for her birthday 2 months later (it stated on their website they shipped 2 months apart). However, 2 kits were sent 1 day apart. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get hold of the company to find out why and to cancel the subscription. I am extremely frustrated as I’m not sure what my options are. Any company that does not have a live customer service line is not a company I want to do business with. There online web portal says don’t contact us twice as it will confuse matters, but after a week of waiting for contact (ridiculous to wait that long) I feel I have no choice but to keep trying. I found a phone number for the company, but the recording specifically states it is not a customer service line and will likely not get back to you.

It's almost impossible to find Montessori toys here in Denmark, so I've been struggling searching for appropriate toys. Such a great concept with shipments linked to the age.

I've received the one for 13-15 m.o. and anticipating the next ones soon. The only downside for us, is that the kits have so many toys, there is a great chance that some of the things we already have. Though price-wise it definitely beats buying individual toys.

The reason for not giving 5 stars is that I can see, they have not responded some negative reviews here on trustpilot, so it makes me wonder if their customer service works.

Les jouets sont géniaux, notre fils de 1 an ne se lasse pas! Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas modifier certains lots ou acheter les jouets séparément (j'ai pour certaines tranches d'âge déjà des jouets similaires, donc je ne peux pas acheter le lot alors que les autres jouets auraient pu convenir).

Excellent product but lousy and un-eco delivery options (item takes weeks to arrive as drivers unreliable/take several attempts and no option to switch to royal mail/more common options also delivering in the area).

Poor quality… We bought the 5 - 6 month old play kit which included a colourful ball, the ball split open after 2 days of use and the stuffing inside came out. This is incredibly dangerous for a 5 month with potential chocking hazard, the seriousness of this issue cannot be lightly brushed over.

For the price that these toys cost they should be built to a far better standard.

Bought as a gift for a colleague and I was only aiming to buy a single kit and then cancel - the site says a kit will be sent every 2 months and once can cancel at any time. Imagine my surprise when the second kit shipped just a few days after the first. Lovevery are refusing a refund unless the kit is return, which would clearly be inappropriate to ask my colleague to do. Happy colleague, unhappy me. I think Lovevery could have come through and taken responsibility for shipping a second kit too soon.

Lovevery is my go-to for new mom baby shower gifts. high quality. reduces the stress of picking out specific items for different age groups. customer service is also pretty responsive.

There’s no reason to shop for baby toys when you have Lovevery. The products are high quality, and their customer service is always on point. I know everyone thinks their little one is a genius but I genuinely believe Lovevery has helped my baby’s development. She’s walking, talking, dancing and helping me dress her at 10 months old. She’s great at stacking, simple puzzles, turning the pages of books, and even putting the batteries back in the remote after she removes them. We owe it to our children to give them the best, and the best isn’t bright plastic light up toys that don’t teach them anything.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. All of our orders have been such high quality and get used on a daily basis. They are definitely on the pricier side, but we appreciate the more sustainable/organic nature of the products. The only hiccup we had was with a faucet that malfunctioned. We contacted them on a Sunday night and by Tuesday morning it was all sorted and a new one shipped out. Amazing customer service! Also love that they have free shipping to Canada for the playkits.

Gave a block set gift from Lovevery for my neice's 3-year-old's birthday. He loved it! Would buy again

I love everything about this company. All of the products are gorgeous and well thought out. I first fell in love with the play gym: it’s modern clean design that’s attractive to both parents and babies. I now have the block set and subscribe to the monthly play kits. The block set is lovely - so many different ways to play and beautiful colors. The subscription kits are excellent; the research is done for you. Alongside the toys is information on your baby’s development and how to use the toys to interact and stimulate them.

I got their play gym about six weeks ago now and am so happy with it. Love that most of the materials are in line with my values of using wood, cotton and silicone, I do wish the play mat was not made of acrylic though.
My 4 month old loves her mat time, she absolutely loves the bell and I am very excited that this will last beyond tummy time with the ability to become a tent fort. I would recommend this product, I really like it.
