High quality boredom subscription
High quality products however my little one got very bored very quickly with them. Second when I first subscribed there was only a subscription until 2 with no mention of further packs, I still went into my account to cancel the subscription just to be safe but it stated there was no subscription to cancel. So you xsn image how annoying it was to find out they extended the range and just resubscribe me.
Arnaque abonnement automatique
Les jouets sont très bien, rien à dire là dessus mais les pratiques commerciales sont déplorables, à la limite de l'arnaque. Vous avez le choix entre prendre 1 kit ou 3 kits mais quand vous en prenez 1, vous avez en fait un abonnement automatique qui vous renvoi le kit suivant au bout de 2 mois, sans vous demander votre avis! J'imagine que c'est écrit en tout petit quelque part au moment de valider la première commande... donc si vous ne vouliez qu'un kit (pour un cadeau par exemple), il faut immédiatement aller annuler l'abonnement qui s'est mis en place !
Vous recevez un bon de parrainage d'une valeur de 20euros mais quand vous l'utilisez il ne vaut finalement que 10 ! Et là j'ai bien vérifié, ce n'est pas écrit, même en tout petit en bas...
Le genre de pratiques qui me font fuir même si les jouets sont très bien... Dommage !
I've been trying to get a hold of…
I've been trying to get a hold of customer and they are impossible to reach! No response whatsoever. They sent the wrong kit and my son's birthday is around the corner and I still have no way of getting in touch with them. Will not be using them in the future.
Dishonest
The recent Black Friday promotion is dishonest. I have had one play kit before. It was good quality and well used but very expensive for the combination of toys. The recent Black Friday promotion clearly states everywhere “£30 off our Playkits” (which would be a 25% discount on most kits). I went to order one, imputing all the details eventually getting to the end where the discount code can be applied and it’s £10 off. Eventually located the t&cs and it’s £30 if you buy 3 play kits! Crap marketing, really frustrating and absolutely will not buy another thing from them.
Terrible customer service
Ordered a year subscription. Every toy comes with a ton of very specific parts, which are easy to lose with a small child. My son constantly loses pieces to the toys. I contacted customer service about replacing ONE piece of a puzzle my son loved. They sent back an invoice charging me $5 for one tiny puzzle piece. With the kits being well over $100, this left a bad taste in my mouth. When I cancelled my subscription and cited this as one of my deciding factors, I got back a passive aggressive email about how they have to break down an entire kit for this one piece and that I should basically be happy with what I was offered. I expected more from this company, especially with the prices they charge. I’ll be looking into other play kits for my son and to send as gifts.
I just ordered a box for my…granddaughter
I just ordered a box for my granddaughter that will be two in December! Shipping was quick and I could not believe the quality of the toys! At first I thought the boxes were a little expensive but then I figure it breaks down to $40 a month and I spend way over that just buying toys that don’t hold up! So very impressed with the quality and the potential for educational value! These really create a wonderful forum for learning and playing at the same time. I can’t recommend these boxes enough! So excited to see the fun and growth my granddaughter’s sure to experience!

They trick you into getting a subscription. Provide no notice that you are signing up for a subscription when you think you are just buying one toy. Do not order from here. They hold onto your credit card info without your permission.
Very frustrating
The products are great and worth the money - good quality and little one loves them.
However, everything else is very underwhelming. I've had the playkit subscription for almost a year and have had issues with most, if not all, of my deliveries - from forgotten shipments, to late shipments or being overcharged. It also takes too long to hear from customer services (we're talking several days to get an answer). So all in all, very frustrating.
Terrible customer service and sleazy practices
Echoing other reviewers- customer service soured my experience of this company. The items are lovely but customer service can’t use an excuse of “we’re receiving more emails than normal” to justify taking weeks to respond to people. Hire more employees if your business requires it!
Also, I find it a sleazy business practice to force people to subscribe to additional kits. People should be able to buy just what they want without having to remember to cancel if they only wanted one or two kits, etc. I can’t think of a single honest, forthright reason that customers should be forced into a subscription.
Completely unresponsive customer…
Completely unresponsive customer service. The kits are great. We're on year two and my daughter loves them, but we're missing a toy from the last kit and CANNOT get in touch with them. Pretty disappointing - I was planning on continuing to subscribe to the kits, but not anymore.
Potentially Bad Safety Culture
Good products, but I sent them a DM and an email to their customer service inbox to notify them of a potential choking risk with one of the toys, and they never bothered to reply. Which is very concerning, it makes me feel that they don’t take safety seriously.
Amazing quality
I have been an early years practitioner for 15 years and now have a newborn granddaughter. I am so very impressed with the equipment from Lovevery.
I have bought the playgym and am now on the first playkit. Everything is beautifully made and alot more substantial than I was expecting from the photos.
I particularly like the guides that go with each piece of equipment/playkit, my daughter is a payroll manager so it was important for me that she has the relevant information about babies age and stage of development and how to support this.
I really am blown away by the quality of the equipment, you get what you pay for and I am a very big fan.
Can't recommend enough, if you're concerned about the value for money buy the playgym and go from there.
Could I rate higher?
After my wife died, they were absolutely wonderful, personal, and compassionate in assisting my needs for myself and my three children.
Risque de blessures et d’ingestion de peinture
Le premier kit était assez sympa parce que bébé n’était pas encore en mesure d’être en contact direct avec les objets, en revanche je qualifierais le second kit de dangereux. En effet même à 4 mois les bébés ont toujours des réflexes archaïques et/ou ne maîtrisent pas suffisamment la force de leurs mouvements. Le double disque en bois est donc la pire idée qu’il soit. Concernant le hochet en bois, sa peinture bleue part en un coup d’ongle. Pour le triple anneau de dentition, il a irrité la lèvre de bébé.
En bref, le guide est complet, avec beaucoup d’idées de jeux simples, les matières et couleurs sont agréables mais certains jouets du kit Le charmeur représentent à mon sens un risque important de blessures.
Je reste abonnée à la newsletter et peut-être que je m’abonnerais à nouveau lorsque bébé aura grandit.

I've been in touch with the Australian Customer Service twice (on two seperate kits). Both times, I was given passive aggressive behaviour after trying to figure out what was happening. No real apologies, no offer to get things sorted ASAP - just empty promises and basically told "It's really your own fault". The items really are great, but pray you never have any issues.
No starting age for greed
The kit was great, but apparently there is no starting age for greed : they put you in a subscription based and charge you for boxes. No warning whatsoever.
Unacceptable way of doing business.
Still haven’t received kit, no response from customer service
Ordered from the Australian site on 28th March and the order is still unfulfilled and it is now 12th April. The estimated delivery time is 2-8 days but I still do not know if I will ever receive my order. Have contacted customer service over a week ago and still now response. Very disappointing considering how much these kits cost.

This is the second time I purchase from…
This is the second time I purchase from them. I should say there are very positive side of this company, but there has also been gaps with the price and the service delivered.
On 23 Nov 2022, I purchased 4 play kits and requested all of them to be sent at the same time. Not until yesterday (12/1/23) I have got all the 4 kits arrived, with lots of mistakes and failure of delivery - two play kits were sent to a wrong address, a duplicated play kit arrived, but both of the duplicated play kits had the book and play guide missing. (Sounds very dramatic but I promised these are all real).
A year ago, I purchased another 4 sets of play kits, they arrived within a few days and I was very pleased. Back then they were using ups to deliver. It is now delivered by Evri, which is known to be a company with poor delivery service.
With the past year of experience, I know Lovevery has high quality beautiful toys. Therefore I ordered on the USA site a play kit for my cousin’s newborn as a gift, on the same day (23/11/22) that I ordered on the Uk site for my little one. The gift play kit literally arrived on the next day, and it was delivered by FedEx.
I still think the toys are of great quality. Although customer service response is slow, the representatives are polite and cheerful (and
, well, helpful as things are finally solved).
I feel the key problem is on delivery. I know it is a challenging period and companies want to cut cost. Yet,
Paying this amount of money for toys, I would expect a more promising delivery company. Honestly if I did not have the good experience from a year ago, I probably would have just asked for refund and would not want the kits - which would be a shame as would miss out the good toys otherwise.
