I ordered a blazer and was surprised by how well the size worked for me. Shipping was fast enough and I could follow the package through the tracking updates.

Picked up a jacket at almost half the regular price. Fits well and looks good with jeans.

Good prices, easy checkout and my order showed up without any issues. The bomber jacket fits me well.

The sweatshirt color was ugly, not the creamy color shown, more a yellowed dirty color. “Eating” the cost as it wouldn’t be worth sending back with all the fees/postage. And opted for a 50% discount rather than return but never got the discount email. Go figure

Do not buy things from this company. I bought what was supposed to be a winter jacket and turned out to be a sweatshirt for $70! I wrote to ask for a refund and to send it back. For more than a month I have been trading emails with what I am sure is a computer with no resolution and no instructions for a return. They just keep offering for me to keep it and get a credit to buy something else!!!

I ordered a dress during the sale and it fit exactly how I hoped. The discount made it even better.

i’m not even sure this is a company. I reached out to ask them the materials that a certain boot was made of. After three emails and lots of words (but no answer to my question!) I abandoned the inquiry and of course not buying anything from them. I would advise anyone looking at their products to just close the page and walk away. There are plenty of companies that are legitimate, I hope someone looks into this company in general.

I ordered a dress from Lunar Thread based on a picture I now believe to be AI generated. Needless to say, it was not the same material, design or quality as the dress advertised. When I complained and sought a full refund, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds with the highest offer being 30% cash refund & 100% Store credit. Since I did not intend to shop there again, I declined and pursued the full refund which they eventually agreed to on the condition that I pay to ship the item to an address in China. On the website, they pose as a US based company with a return policy that asserts that if the item is incorrect (which they had agreed it was in their early emails), the company will pay for the shipping. I again drew this to their attention and at this point, they stopped replying. This is a scam - they offer something they can not deliver & then refuse to appropriately reimburse the buyer in line with their own policy. I will never shop here again & would strongly advise others to avoid it too.

There are a lot of different styles on the site, which made it easy to find something for both work and weekends. I ended up ordering a cardigan and a midi dress. Both looked close to the photos and the quality was better than I expected from a sale order. I will probably check the fall collection again.

This constitutes a clear breach of consumer protection laws regarding false
advertising and bait-and-switch practices, and they are trying to run out the return window by dragging out my request for a refund.

This "company" if you want to call it that, sells cheap Temu crap marked up 2x-3x! The pictures of the items on their website aren't what you receive, nor will they refund your money or accept returns! Everyone should report this company to the Federal Trade Commission for fraudalent business practices!

This is an oversees company posing as US based storefront. Beware of making any purchase you aren't sure about. Their policy allows returns within 30 days; however, once you attempt to initiate the return process, they will proceed to email you (in my case, it took NINE email replies to work out a solution), further pressuring you to keep the item for 50% store credit or giving the "option" for a 10% refund to the original purchase price (if you keep the unwanted item). Every time I insisted on mailing the item back for a full refund, also requesting the address to do so, the company would resist revealing where they were actually located (it's China). In the end, I was able to obtain a 75% refund in the form of store credit. Shipping the item back would have been more than the item was worth. Overall, my advice is to steer clear.

I liked that the site has both casual clothes and more dressed up options. I bought a knit blazer for dinners and a lighter jacket for everyday use. Both pieces looked good when they arrived and did not feel cheap. Shipping was free and the package tracking was clear from start to finish.

Do not buy ANYTHING from this company. I bought boots, which were described as vintage orthopedic boots, and looked to be nice quality leather looking boots and were selling for the original price of $120.00!!!!! They were 50% off so, I decided to get them. They showed up in a plastic bag instead of a box, were smooshed from shipping, and the quality was so terrible I wouldn't even wear these for Halloween. Rubber sole, completely flat insole so NOT orthopedic and the outside wasn't even pleather or cheap fake leather, it was some weird shiny/sparkly material that was hideous. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing these things. They are also insanely flimsy and super wide, and I have a wide foot! I tried to ask for my money back and they offered to send me another pair of their crappy boots or another product of the same "value." I said I just wanted my money back. They then offered me 10% back, so about $6.00. I guess that's the price the boots should have been sold for in the first place and that's about $5.99 too high.

i would give a 0 if I could, I ordered a jacket it was nothing like the picture. It didn’t even have tags on it. It looks like it’s been worn and as far as getting a refund… Forget it it is such a hassle. Do not order from these people, they are scammers!!!

What I liked most was being able to shop women's clothing without everything looking the same. There were casual pieces, dresses, jackets and shoes in one place. My order took a reasonable amount of time to arrive and the tracking worked properly. One item was not quite my style once I tried it on, so it was good knowing there was a clear return policy available.

I had been looking for a simple fall coat and found one here for a much better price than I expected. The size worked for me and the coat looked good straight out of the package. I also appreciate shopping from a business based in the US.

Ordered 4 (XL) shirts from lunar Threads. These shirts arrived 12 days after ordering from China. The shirts are medium sized but with an XL tag on them.
I reached out to Lunar requesting a refund but they dragged it along for several days until they offered the following:

They will sell you products they do not quality inspect and will not give you a 100% refund. They are thieves who will take your money and offer you a 10% Partial Refund.
Spend your money how you would like, these shirts are in the trash and ill never purchase from these thieves ever again.

I was nervous about the sizing because I usually struggle with online clothing orders. I followed the size information and the dress fit well when it arrived. I also liked getting free shipping without needing to spend a certain amount.

I wish I would have known about this site before I ordered from Lunar Thread.
The website is bogus. They have a picture of a posh looking storefront in California, which is actually nonexistent. There are 'reviews' on the website but you cannot access them to read or write.
The websites says there is a 90 days money-back guarantee.
The merchandise looks like a cheap knock off of the product that was shown in the photo on line. Very cheap.
There is no return button on the website. You have to email. The response is that you can either keep the item and get 10% back or keep the item and get a 50% credit for more of the junk sold on the site.
I have learned my lesson. Never buy from a store unless you know it to be a reputable store you have used previously. And yes, it was shipped from China, as another reviewer noted.
