Nul de chez nul je pense que ça suffit amplement. Le prix les bagages le personnel navigant (surtout) les pilotes

Très gros retard et le personnel n’est pas du tout aimable. En plus TOUT est payant…

Expérience de voyage la pire que j ai connu, personnels désagréables, tout est payant, bientôt on va payer pour aller aux toilettes si ça continue. Je ne suis pas prêt à reprendre cette compagnie soit disant low cost

The flight was one hour late, it could happen. Once inside we had to wait 1,5 hour more, it could happen. But why the staff are so unfriendly ? They let us with no water, no air conditioning and acting as it was our fault.

La pire compagnie de tous les temps ! mauvais service, toujours en retard, surtout ne demandez rien aux hotesses, elles ne sont pas la pour aider...du low low low cost

I flew with Vueling in June on a Paris-Valencia flight and the experience was just catastrophic: unpleasant staff, poor security, disgusting plane.

Service is absolutely catastrophic, safety measure very light and unacceptable

Tenemos que llevar una mochila como equipaje de mano, cada vez hacen las medidas más pequeñas y en el embarque, la mochila que entraba, no les convencía y nos la han roto, además que por el forcejeo recibí dos cortes en los dedos por su culpa. Al final, como habíamos recibido daño físico y LAS MOCHILAS ENTRABAN, nos dejaron pasar. Encima dentro del avión la gente deja las mochilas en los compartimentos superiores. Si es que van a comisión cobrando y cada vez va a ser peor.

No voy a volver a usar vueling.

We were forced to pay twice to have seata next to each other. First 68 euro when we bought the tickets, then 44 euro when checking in. CS rep was unwilling to help.

La falta de respeto a los clientes es infinita, te enteras q han cancelado tu vuelo al hacer el checkin, vuelo a Malta para el 7 de agosto 12 y 10, pierdes día de hotel, reserva de coche y días de vacaciones y se quedan tan anchos, te reasignan en otro vuelo y ya, sin siquiera consultar, además de cobrar por maleta de cabina y además no tienes ni donde quejarte.

My daughter flew with Vueling from Barcelona to Split, Croatia on Wednesday 30 July in the morning. She checked in her luggage and guess what?! It never arrived in Croatia. It still hasn't arrived. Some other passengers did not receive their luggage too. I DO NOT understand how a suitcase that has been checked in with a securely attached label can go missing. My daughter is distraught as her case contains absolutely everything and all she has is the clothes she travelled in. We were told she can purchase essentials are 24 hours from notifying Vueling, so as that was 8:22am 30 July, she could not purchase anything until 8:23am the next day to claim back from Vueling. I have no words! Exceptionally poor customer service, zero care and failing passengers 100%. They cannot even tell us where her case is, if it even made the flight, if it is still in Barcelona, or in Split. The luggage label has a barcode, so how can they not even know where its location is on their tracking system? Do they even have one? Do they even care? If you travel with this airline my strongest advice is NEVER to check in your luggage. If you need to check in luggage pick another airline like BA. I'm praying hard that they do find her luggage but for now it's a 1 star from us only because we cannot apply zero stars. Buck up your ideas and standards Vueling, you are failing customers!

They cancel your flight in the last minute, offer you a ridiculous time without refunding you the difference in price and get their data in their system so they charge double for luggage.

Vueling is consistently underperformed for me: 1 times out of 2 there is a delay. This time by 1h 40min (please note that 90% of other flights departing at similar times are departing with max 30min delay). Appalling - i think that in the future I will switch to non-economy (although this flight costed me 200 pounds booking 3 months before... so where is the economy...).

When you try to add baggage through Vueling's website or app, it will apply the change to all passengers in the booking!!!!
How can this be legal?

To add baggage for a single passenger, you'll need to contact Vueling's customer service directly by phone. (5 stars here for the customer service).

We have been sat on a plane for nearly two hours and have not moved.
We have been given no information as to why. The crew staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. There has been no customer care or correspondence from the crew regarding the delay.
We have all been given half a cup of lukewarm water an half a kitkat finger but have been given no information as to why we aren’t in the air.

All of my luggage was lost. We had a direct flight and they changed it to a connecting flight last minute. Then they lost all of our luggage. Our oldest person in our party had medication that was only accessible in the US and we were flying internationally. They are giving us money for anything we buy but them loosing our luggage was 100% their fault. If they kept the flight direct there would be 0 issues.

Una compagnia INQUALIFICABILE.
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo viaggiato in tutto il mondo con le compagnie più disparate ma MAI SIAMO STATI TRATTATI MALE COME CON VUELING.
Eravamo in gita con il nostro coro polifonico, mio marito era il capogruppo e direttore, mio figlio suona la fisarmonica per la quale ABBIAMO PAGATO BIGLITTO A PIENO PREZZO PERCHÉ LA COMPAGNIA NON AMMETTE IMBARCO IN STIVA PER STRUMENTI.
AL MOMENTO DELL'IMBARCO nel viaggio di ritorno HANNO SOSTENUTO CHE MANCAVA UN POSTO A SEDERE E NONOSTANTE IL CHECK IN EFFETTUATO HANNO BLOCCATO MIO MARITO CHE ERA PRESENTE SULLA LISTA PASSEGGERI E HANNO FATTO SALIRE SULL'AEREO TUTTO IL GRUPPO TRANNE LUI CHE HA DOVUTO RIMANERE A PARIGI DA SOLO!
CI TRNGO A PRECISARE CHE I VOLI ERANO ANDATA E RITORNO E ALL'ANDATA NESSUNO AVEVA NOTATO ALCUNA IRREGOLARITÀ!
