hanno cambiato volo e ho dovuto accettare. Per un'ora e mezza di volo da Parigi a Milano Malpensa, ci hanno fatto fare scalo a Barcellona, con 2 ore di attesa prima di riprendere il volo da Barcellona a Milanoi. Una giornata buttata via, avrei potuto stare tutto qualche ria in più a Parigi e sono stata 10 ore in giro per aeroporti, per un volo di 1.30 minuti. Mai più Vueling. Vergognosi.

Seguro de Cancelación de Vuelo...no lo pagues!
Contratamos cobertura de seguro de cancelación con Xcover a través de Vueling. No teníamos intención de cancelarlo, iba a ser nuestras primeras vacaciones en familia (7 personas), pero como nunca se sabe, pues opté por gastar un poco, por si las moscas. Desgraciadamente, más o menos un par de meses antes del viaje, le detectaron a mi cuñada una enfermedad grave, por la cual ni ella ni su marido iban a poder viajar. Contacté con Vueling y me dijeron que para cancelar lo hiciera a través de Xcover. Luego de darme de alta en su web, empecé a rellenar un cuestionario de preguntas predefinidas que a medida que iba avanzando se desviaba más de mi necesidad de reclamación. Me puse en contacto con Xcover a través de mail, explicándoles detalladamente el problema y como respuesta obtuve un correo automático en el que me explicaban como hacer una reclamación. No he conseguido nada....más que perder el tiempo. Me puse en contacto con Vueling y luego de explicarles el caso y enviarle documento conforme mi cuñada debía ser operada el día concreto del vuelo, me volvieron a decir que genial....pero que lo tramitara con Xcover.

Es imposible comunicarse con Vueling. Su web es un bucle y no tiene acceso a atención al cliente.
Hace días que quiero anular mi subscripción a vueling club y darme de alta con otro correo electrónico para poder usar los avios indistintamente en iberia y vueling y no me lo permite.

So... I think they have an issue with understanding what security means. They hired a flight instructor that trained the 9/11 perpetrators, as a pilot, i.e. they actually let him fly PEOPLE in an airplane, and at the same time they handcuff a young girl and kick her teenage students from a plane for 'security' reasons because they... spoke Hebrew?.......
Someone here is seriously confused.
Let's just say I would not feel safe flying with them.

This was by far the worst flight experience I’ve had — and it wasn’t even the flight itself, just the nightmare of trying to reschedule it.
Rescheduling was next to impossible. Both airlines, Vueling and Ryanair, pushed the responsibility onto MyTrip, while MyTrip offered zero real support and hid behind canned responses. Every attempt to make a change resulted in either no action, more confusion, or ridiculous extra charges.
I initially paid less than the fee they wanted just to make a simple change — far more expensive than rebooking the entire trip. It’s a complete money trap, with no transparency and terrible customer service from all parties involved. None of the three — the airlines or MyTrip — want to take responsibility or actually help their customer.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid MyTrip, Vueling, and Ryanair if you value your time, money, and sanity. Pay a little more upfront to book with a company that actually helps when things go wrong.

My bag did not arrive on the flight- still waiting for it 75 hours later
My bag did not arrive on the flight. Apparently it arrived on a later flight arriving at barcelona airport at 11pm. The bag was picked up by the courier according apparently in the morning but no contact was made with me regarding when it would be delivered. The next day (so day 2) i received an update that the bag would be delivered at 13-38. I was supposed to be leaving the place was staying at 1pm to go to Barcelona. I wanted until 3 pm and then left for Barcelona. My bag never arrived. I called vueling that evening to tell them my new address but this was not updated on the system. The next morning i was informed my bag would be delivered at 13-34 to the previous address. I called vueling and again gave them my new address. It is now 17-20 on day 3 and the bag has not arrived to the old or new address. There is no contact number or details of the courier company and vueling dont know them either. My new address has not been updated on the system. I have been waiting 75 hours even though they located the bag over 60 hours ago. I am missing so many things but can only apply for compensation for a change of clothes and basic toiletries. Its unbelievably poor. Never ever ever again Vueling.

My 3rd and last ever flight with Vueling. Queued for over an hour to check a bag. Then flight delayed to get "all your bags on" (said the Captain). After that delay there were no refreshments served as the crew needed the first hour for their lunch, hiding behind their curtain. I landed 24 hours ago, but my bag was left in Spain and has still not arrived. Never again!

Ahora mis vacaciones se han pospuesto. Ya no podré viajar. Cuando intento cancelar mi billete, tengo que dar un motivo, pero solo aceptan fallecimiento, enfermedad o embarazo. ¿Qué es eso? Solo hay estos motivos para cancelar un vuelo.
Quiero cancelar mi vuelo. ¡Quiero que me devuelvan el dinero o un cupón para usar en la fecha de mi viaje!
Estoy intentando resolver el problema. Si no, buscaré otras soluciones.
