Exceptional after service care
I used Jonathan almost 4 years ago to undertake a series of of upgrades to my motorhome. I read previous customers reviews and they were all consistent and very positive. I was very satisfied with the work done, but what stood out out and has continued is the after care, not just related to my upgrades, but advice on almost anything related to my motorhome…there’s no limitations to the help offered

Great company
Left our motorhome with these guys for a habitation check and mot.
What can I say, a comprehensive report came back of the habcheck, the best we have seen to date.
We were kept up to date throughout the process. A breakdown of the habcheck was explained upon collection.
Really pleased with the service, will be using them for future work.

Well no words can describe how amazing…
Well no words can describe how amazing Johnathan is when it comes to the knowledge he has with Motorhomes etc there is nothing he doesn’t know and because of this amazing knowledgeable man we are driving over 4 hours to allow him and his team to install a lot of extras to our mobilvetta kea , would I recommend him ? Absolutely 110% do not look anywhere else just use this man for all your Motorhomes needs no matter what ,he’s reliable works like a trooper and will not let you down and always makes sure the work he carries out is done to such a high standard and if there’s any issues after he’s there immediately , he won’t let you down or leave you stranded , he’s the man you need to look after your Motorhome…

Absolutely fabulous service
Absolutely fabulous service. From the first enquiry Jon was more than happy to take the time to talk to us and understand our needs.
He explained our options clearly, and recommended the HPC levelling system showing us the high quality of the components used by the company.
He answered all our questions, even the silly ones 🤪
Installation was quick and done with care. We cannot fault the quality of his work.
When we picked the van up a couple of days later, he took time to show us the system and explain its capabilities fully as well as ensuring we got the app set up.
Ozzy the Autograph is no longer rocking, so clearly we need to rethink the vans name lol.
We would not hesitate to recommend MACS UK for all your motorhome and caravanning upgrades services and hab checks.

Gaslow fitting
Very good advice in selecting and fitting our gaslow system. The workmanship is excellent and would trust them to carry out all other types of work on our motorhome.

When we had our work done 1 year ago,we were very pleased with the work carried out, we had photos and reports on a regular basis, one year we had a query, i phoned Johnathon from our holiday and he got straight back to me and everything was sorted over the phone. Exceptional work with great attention to detail
Friendly service during initial discussion and during the install. Jonathan managed to find a location for all the new kit which was out of the way and we lost very little storage space. The installation of all the kit is very neat and all the cabling is hidden with no trace of the work that was done. Johnathan and his team are true experts at this.

Outstanding support and customer service
Once you are a customer of Macsuk and Jonathan, his service and support is unlike any service I’ve experienced before. Jonathan is always available to sort problems either over the phone or remotely by accessing your system online. Today was another example of his outstanding support! Motorhome packed and couldn’t get the fridge to run of the gas, although all other gas appliances working fine. One quick message to Jonathan, and he calls me. In his usual and calm manner he made me do a series of checks and restarts of the fridge ignition system which ended with a manual lighting of the fridge gas ignition system which I have never done before and wouldn’t have been confident undertaking this without Jonathan on the phone. After 30 mins, everything was working and the fridge and gas system once again operating automatically 😃

Garry. I know you have posted up before and I’m very grateful that you have posted up again! As you say once you are part of the MACSUK family. We are always there to help even if the issues are nothing to do with anything that we have done in your van.. In your case, this was just an unfortunate scenario where we just needed to carry out some basic engineering tricky to get you back on the road and to destress the situation before your journey tomorrow morning. I am really relieved that we managed to get your Fridge working because if we hadn’t then that would’ve been a completely different scenario… But we have the confidence and the knowledge to address almost any situation and if we can’t fix it we will find somebody that can! We don’t pretend to be perfect but we will try everything we can to get any issue sorted for our customers because ultimately you are the people that matter most in making our business success that it is. I wish you safe and happy journeys as I know you have already had in your Van and I look forward to touching base with you in the future. Best wishes mate. Take care. Speak soon.

Twin camera install, skylight leak repair
Jonathan and Steve, both very knowledgeable on motorhomes, fitted me in to their busy schedule, very satisfied with the finished work, even managed an add on job to help me out., viewed some of their on going work, (complete upgrade to a 2025 plate van 12v system, could not see any cable routing in the van) throughly professional. Del - quite how we managed to fit you in, I will never know! But we did and we were very pleased to be able to get you on the road with the rear camera insulation and also fix that leak in the sky light for you. We are always willing to fit people in when we can but at the same time manage those expectations when we just cannot squeeze any more out of the diary. Thankfully we were able to slot you in between those other jobs so that you can now start to enjoy your Motorhome. Serendipity moment
We were thinking of selling our motorhome, but needed it to be serviced, hab checked and new MOT before this happened. As usual we took it to Jonathan at MACSUK for all this and happened to mention that we were going to sell it using an online firm. Jonathan then told us that one of the services that he offers is that of agent. He would hab check, clean and advertise the motorhome on Auto trader, then deal with all queries, arrange any viewings and take deposits. Jonathan also used his great knowledge of motorhomes to suggest a competitive price (it was a lot higher than we thought). The motorhome sold very quickly and we had the money (less our invoiced bill) paid into our account in under a week. A fantastic firm and two great guys running it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brian… It was with some sadness that we learned that you want to sell your lovely van but we appreciated that circumstances in life change sometimes and we are here for those very times. When Motorhomes are concerned we believe they are an extension of our lifestyle and as our lifestyle changes then sometimes we need to let our vans go. I was so pleased to be able to sell your van. We had the history, we had the operational knowledge and we had the credibility of having serviced your van up for some while so that when a customer approached us, we could talk about it with real passion and knowledge. It was amazing to see the very first person to genuinely look at it appreciate how well you had looked after it and made us the offer that they did. Now you have a different future ahead of you and we wish you the very best… It may be that you come back to 4 wheels in the future but in the meantime… Live your dreams and we are so glad that we could enable the next chapter in your life. Fantastic Motorhome stop over, quiet, clean and well kept and great directions- found it easily.
Super communication- had a few engine issues on the way down and arrived later than expected- not a problem at all. But not only that - MACSUK- sorted the fault and mended the captain swivel seat for us- could not have been more helpful or friendly.
The farmer / farm owner was great to chat away to while our repair was sorted. Will be back and not only for a stop over!

First hab check away from a main…dealer
First hab check away from a main dealer. Carried out professionally and diligently without missing major faults and picking up trivial faults as I have become used to. Once again lead acid batteries on the way out . So despite the expense lithium is the way forward and with a 10year warranty, why wouldn't you. Shame I've been too tight fisted to date

A fantastic experience with Jonathan…
A fantastic experience with Jonathan who literally dropped everything to save the day for us! We were getting the ferry to go on an extended trip to Europe and had some power issues with our Motorhome. Even though he was fully booked he made time to squeeze us in and did an excellent job is diagnosing and resolving the issues. We are so grateful that he took the time to do this and how clearly he explained the diagnostics. I would highly recommend this company for their knowledge, expertise and quick thinking approach. As we found out it’s always a bit of a risk too get a van out of Storage and head for the ferry without giving it the proper once over… But thankfully we were able to help you and get you on the road. We all always try to accommodate people in this situation because we know what it feels like to have last-minute emergencies that could compromise our plans. Caravan repair
What a great service that was offered by the team. They were extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. They identified my issue quickly and then sourced a replacement part. While I was there they were also dealing with other customers who had last minute issues. No problem is beyond them and they are always willing to help. Great service and highly recommended

Thankfully it was exactly as we had diagnosed and that once the circuit ball was in everything worked again perfectly. Top notch service, really friendly and helpful. Great communication about the work to be done and pricing before booking in and super helpful and knowledgeable when giving options. It’s clear that Jonathan and Steve really care about the work they do, really lovely to see quality workmanship in this day and age. Simple and straightforward reviews like yours, geoff, really mean the world to us. We’re just two guys trying to do our best for fellow Motorhome owners and at the end of the day all we are interested in is seeing a fellow t Owners stay on the road whether it be in a Caravan or Motorhome, knowing that their unit is in good shape for the next day ahead. We apply ourselves are diligently as possible and it is truly humbling to be recognised for that. Many thanks for your kind words.
Expectations managed but exceeded
I first saw a review of MacsUk on you tube and whilst we had a couple of local companies we could have used I liked the way he consulted rather than sold to the couple doing the review.
I can honestly say he dealt with us in exactly the same manner, giving us various options for our electrical upgrade and a Wi-Fi solution.
Neither were the most expensive options just the right ones for us.
Having collected our van knowing it needed to be returned to be finished our diesel tank had a leak, they discovered the problem (mice or rats chewing a hole into it) meaning the tank needed replacing.
Despite them being extremely busy they said they would resolve all the outstanding issues so we could go on our planned.
They will manage your expectations but they will not disappoint, but exceed your expectations.
Many thanks to both Jonathan and Steve it was a pleasure doing business and we will return!

Keith. Thank you for such an honest and objective review. We are really grateful for customers such as yourselves saying it as it is and not flowering things up! As you say we try to be straight talking and honest about the options available to customers and every time, it’s not what we think people need but actually what the lifestyle choice and travelling style of our customers that is the most important. In your case with your lovely van it was clear that you didn’t need certain items that many others would have thought you did! You just wanted a Van that could go off grid using 12 V and have the whole thing working without needing to engage with lots of button pressing and questions about what systems were doing what. Having said that there were a few nuances that we had to come to terms with as you know… The dual supply and the switched charge relay that continues to give us weird and wonderful readings… But we are getting there and as you are now off grid this weekend using your 628ah power battery and on board 12v systems to sustain you… Life is good! Thank you for taking the time to write a review and you are always welcome to drop us a line and pose the questions to us that we love to receive! Hopefully we will continue to be your go to Motorhome folk and facilitate your ongoing journey and adventures in your van. Thank you again and safe travels.
