Corresponding with Cheryl was really easy, she was incredibly helpful and quick to reply. I am based in Australia and we don’t have a service like this access Disney deals that are only available in the UK, so Magic Breaks bridged that gap in a stress free way- the process was super simple. Highly recommend.

After making a booking with Magic Breaks I can honestly say it was a horrific experience and spoiled what was supposed to be a happy special occasion . The staff including Natalia failed to deliver an efficient service. Legal action is commercing and i would strongly recommend NEVER to use this company again .

I have never felt so let down by a company and again strongly recommend not to use them .

I am already in contact with the complaints team before I commmece legal action , you have devastated and ruined my partner 40th birthday and will be held accountable

We live in New Zealand and booked our Disneyland Paris holiday through Magic Breaks. From booking to paying, flights, accommodation, park tickets etc etc everyrhing was perfect. The couple of queries i had were answered immediately. Excellect customer service and an amazing holiday. THANK YOU XX

Very happy with the booking service

Very quick turnaround for responses. I saw on the email chain we had over 35 to and fros to get it organised and deposit paid.
Very accommodating to our family dynamic.
Only thing to improve would be that I tried rininging a couple times at the end but couldn't get through and was super quiet for the answer phone- I think

Cheryl was super quick and efficient with everything regarding our booking for Disneyland. She was happy to do multiple quotes and change certain things such as flight times. Very quick response and supper happy with the service. Thanks Cheryl x

I was booking a trip for one of the residents I care for, which can be abit complicated. Leah was a dream to chat to and deal with. She was so patient, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much for her and she really went above and beyond to help me. She has sorted the whole trip and gave me options along with her advice on these.
I couldn’t have got this booked without her! Amazing customer service thank you Leah.

Just had a look on magic breaks to see if we could afford/logisticlly book a disney trip and got chatting to agent Amanda r !! Omg she was so friendly , helpful and amazing that I've only gone and bloomin booked!!!! Great price, great flight, superb customer service, roll on september , hello hickey mouse!!!! Eeeek

Booking was simple but was very disappointed after making booking that the offer that included free ferry crossing didn't apply to my booking, especially as I could of booked when it did.

After making a booking online i decided to call them with a query about the shuttle crossing. I was told that as I had made the booking online, I would need to email them instead. Not interested at all about giving any advice to what I'm sure would have been a quick yes or no answer to my question. Not helpful.

This will be our second time using Magic Breaks and, yet again, they were fabulous. I spoke to Cheryl numerous times who patiently answered my questions and managed to find me a deal for WDW which beat 6 other travel agents, including Disney themselves. If you haven’t tried Magic Breaks before then I would highly recommend them.

Brilliant service from Alex. Both on the phone and via email. She was very informative and patient when we were trying to decide on thd best time to go to disneyland paris. She answered questions swiftly and fully.
