I am delighted with the quality and beauty of the unique ceramic plates, bowls and jugs that I have purchased through Maison Flaneur. Additionally, their customer service team is exceptional, responding quickly to resolve any questions or concerns.

I had a great shopping experience at Maison Flâneur! I ordered some plates and they arrived very quickly. The quality is fantastic, and I absolutely love them. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

AVOID. Order took a long time to arrive and was not fit for purpose and not what was advertised. Long wait for a reply from customer service - they don’t offer refunds despite the item being falsely advertised and £50. Really poor customer service. I took the issue up with my bank (as I see multiple other reviewers have), as soon as I did this, their attitude changed and they asked me to cancel it. Ultimately I have no refund and an overpriced non functional item. Whole process taken months. Do not order from this site.

Products arrived promptly and were beautiful– I ordered to the wrong address by mistake, and Maison Flaneur were so supportive over email to support on delivery times, etc. Am very much looking forward to ordering again.

If I could give no stars I would. I have never experienced customer service more obviously designed to make you lose the will to keep fighting in my life. If it weren’t for my credit card company I would be out of pocket over £300 because of the disreputable behaviour of this company. Avoid them at all costs. They knowingly sent me a faulty item and then admitted as much ONLY after I contacted them to let them know the light wasn’t working and to ask for help. They then informed me that they could give me no timeline on when a part to remedy the issue might be in stock and refused to provide assistance with return of the item even though they knowingly sent it out faulty. I had been saving up for this light for a long time and the awful way I have been treated by the company shows a deep disregard for people and their time/money. Truly the worst and most maddening customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Excellent and responsive customer service when I emailed with questions. We also loved the French press coffee maker we ordered. It was beautifully made, we just wish it came in a larger size.

Everything I've bought from Maison Flaneur has been beautiful, special and extremely well made. Each piece is a work of art from place mats to coffee mugs. The service is impeccable, orders arrive exactly when scheduled and in perfect condition. Customer service is friendly, efficient and effective. A great company delivering beautiful products.

I placed an order, it took them 2 weeks to let me know this was out of stock. They didnt even offer a refund, and stopped answering my emails. This is such a scam avoid at all costs!!!

I have been trying to source tapered candles in a very specific colour for my daughter's wedding this summer - The Customer Care team at Maison Flaneur have been extremely generous with their time in helping me make my choice. I love their products - they are incredibly stylish, unusual, and suit modern living perfectly. I especially love their unique, colourful homeware from France and Italy that you simply wouldnt see elsewhere - and there is so much choice! Perfect for presents too. I shall return!
