Amazing store and customer service

I bought some wonderful plates. Sadly, two of them were broken in the mail. The lovely team quickly sent me replacements, and I received them just a few days later—this time intact. I truly appreciate the fantastic, friendly, and speedy customer service! Plus, the store has a gorgeous selection of products. Highly recommended!

My order never arrived

My order never arrived, and after initial responses, customer service also started ignoring me. Had to get the bank involved to get my money back.

6 months of silence

Placed an order in September for a christmas present for my wife, 3 weeks later was contacted by them saying its now out of stock and would I like a smaller different coloured one for the same price. A politely declined and asked if there would be more stock in before Christmas to which I was told "absolutely" so decided to wait as there was still time.
As christmas drew closer, there response rate grew longer the point that since christmas I have emailed them 9 times and haven't even received an acknowledgement. They have left me no choice but to get my bank involved. Which I'm sure they will drag thier heals on having read other people's reviews.
It's a shame, there are some really great things on this website, it's just run by a bunch of cowboys. Suppliers and customers should seak other vendors as much as possible - AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID- DISHONEST

I have previously posted on this company after receiving shocking customer service. ordered a product in October never received it. Was refused a refund in February. I raised a dispute through my bank which takes 2 months usually. As soon as I raised the dispute I was contacted and asked to cancel it and they would refund me but I also needed to delete my review about them!!! I did not do this. they then emailed me to say that they have refunded me. I still do not have that refund!! they lie and lie and lie. We are now over 1 month from them apparently refunding me and it still is not in my bank. We are 6 months from when I first placed the order! My bank will continue the process and retrieve the money that way. If you have not received your product email them and cancel the order and raise a transaction dispute with your bank but AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Scam!! Avoid this website!

Have been waiting 7 weeks for an order.

No updates, no information from the company.

It was supposed to be delivered weeks ago but no contact from the company at all!!

Feels like a fraudulent scam! Avoid this place at all costs

I placed an order for a coffee table

I placed an order for a coffee table, they confirmed my order right away. Then I spent four months asking for an update and they eventually responded saying "oh sorry, we never placed the order and now cannot accept the order." I have never received such poor service - stay away at all costs!

DO NOT BUY Shady website either terrible customer service

Update 2: Updated my review too soon. Finally got my order, but they only replied to me after I left the first bad review and left public comments on their Instagram. Suddenly they were interested in locating the order. Now I finally got it a month later, and a plate is broken. Funny thing is that the actual artisan informed me that they drop ship and the pieces come from her—somehow items directly ordered from her came in a week, but Maison Flaneur took a month to get this together. Wish I’d known and ordered everything directly from her and kills me that they’ll take a cent from her.
ANYWAY no response when I sent photos of the broken plate. I’m sure I’ll have to go annoy them on social media again. Very tiresome and I don’t have time for this. Just respond to people without them having to call you out publicly. Best thing I can say is if you like anything they sell, just go directly to the artisan and order it. These middle men are so shady. Let’s see if they respond to this, a lawyer, or social media first.

PS in response to their message below, how is an email typed incorrectly but somehow correct enough for you to spam that same email with sales 😂😂😂 what a horrid excuse. I used a different name on the shipping, you know, how people often do for gifts. So you’re saying that if someone gifts something from your website to someone other than themselves you’ll take a month or more to send the package and become confused by the names not matching from sender to recipient? What? This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

Update: They were able to locate the order and it’s hopefully on its way now. Things happen and I’m so glad they were able to work it out.

DO NOT BUY! I ordered four Minnie Mae studio decorative plates from them in early January. They never sent me a confirmation or tracking, even though I was charged on the same day. When a month later they never showed up, I messaged them through the website—no answer. I then emailed them and they finally responded that they had no record of my order despite me giving them photos of my bank record showing the charge, along with address, name, email, etc. They then continued to ignore me, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank, who said I had indeed been charged. Now I have to wait at least two billing cycles (months) to hopefully be refunded. So essentially they stole from me—they took my money and refused to send anything or refund me. Thats theft. This company is just fancy thieves. Gross.

100€ voor een T shirt betaald en ik krijg de verkeerde maat opgestuurd. Vervolgens krijg ik in plaats van mijn geld terug een cadeaubon. Dan nog maar een keer wat besteld met de cadeaubon, een trui van €120 na 2 weken nog steeds niks gehoord, geen reactie op mn e mails en een maand later krijg ik eindelijk reactie dat ik mijn pakket niet meer binnen krijg en dat het is terug gestuurd

Great shopping experience

I placed my order on a Friday and needed to amend the email address for further updates on the order, this was swiftly done by the team. The delivery was the next day by DPD, which I didn’t pay extra for, just the regular delivery costs. The ordered item is just stunning. What a great shopping experience!
