Day 8 I haven't received my phone, it says unforfilled, no correspondence from major mobiles about a delay or stock issues. I've sent 2 emails with no reply. Do better, I could have referred you to more customers but I am regretting my own choices

Almost too good to be true. Ordered my iPad late Sunday evening and had it Tuesday morning on standard delivery, price was cheapest I could find. Communication was good and received tracking info Monday morning. iPad was brand new from factory still in the wrapper. As a lot of people have mentioned it does come with a non UK plug but they supply an adapter and for someone who already has apple chargers around the house anyway I don’t really need another.

Took them forever to supply an invoice, but eventually it was sent, items are good and prices too.

A fair price and the option for a swift despatch meant I received my new I pad within three days.

The phone i ordered never arrived. It was an old battery in a phone box. I reported it to them and to the police. They will not answer my emails or phone calls. I searched for their company and they are not a registered company. One with a similar name was dissolved 2 years ago. I am starting the process of taking them to court.
One week later:
They are actually trading illegally and breaking Company Law. Their invoice does not have an address you can serve a Letter of Claim to ( the York House address is for a company called forward2me ) and they do not provide the names of either a sole trader or of partners in the business. Your 2 year guarantee is worthless!

Bought MacBook end of October for my daughter for Christmas. Opened for first time Christmas Day. While she was setting up her account the screen went wavy and then black. Returned to MM expecting replacement but told there was “signs of usage” and warranty may not cover. Laptop used for about 30 minutes in total by a sensible 17 year old. 30 days later I await an Apple inspection which they say they are organising. Laptop came with two prong plug and adapter so not sure where it’s come from originally. I am getting worried now that I’ve lost £675 and a very unhappy daughter.

Poor Customer Services

Order an iPad for Xmas a christmas present but when opened found out it was damaged.

Returned on 26/12/25 and told it would take 2 weeks. Nearly 4 weeks passed and they've stop responding to emails and I have they are not answering their phone!

Sent very quickly, as new great item would use again 🙏

They literally completely ignore you if you change your mind and cancel your order. I have emailed them many times, call them many times and submitted a form on their website. Literally no response whatsoever. Payment has still been processed, item not received clearly indicating that they are aware of my request to cancel. However no confirmation or acknowledgment that this cancellation request has been accepted thereforeI am still waiting for my refund. Please avoid

Ordered an iPad from MajorMobiles last week via OnBuy. It arrived four days later than scheduled and the iPad itself is a non-UK version. There’s zero mention of this on the product listing. On top of that, the box it arrived in was dirty and damaged.

Customer service clearly don’t give a rats and haven’t gotten back to me, so here we are. Know that they’re cheap for a reason.

I ordered an IPad 10 for a childs Christmas present but it arrived with a non UK apple connecter and a non UK adaptor it wold not connect to. Both the cable and connector are faulty. I've emailed and telephoned the company many times but they do not respond to either form of communication. The company is dishonest and unreliable, with many fake reviews. I would advise potential customers to steer clear.

I wrote a 4* review but am editing down to 1* because to me it was not obvious that this is a Chinese model with no eSIM support. This should be more clearly stated when advertising in a country where eSIM support is allowed and expected. Delivery was good, otherwise phone is fine although had to deselect Chinese language and install UK English

Don’t be put off by the negative reviews, most don’t criticise the product, just the fact that you get an adapter to charge it. Absolutely no issue with this and so much cheaper than Currys or Apple
