Would have no problem ordering from again but thank goodness it wasn't delivered by Evri I would never have seen it

Ordered an iPhone 13 and was skeptical if it would be genuine and brand new or not given that it was on a really nice sale, but it turned up and I checked with apple customer service and it was brand new genuine and not renewed exactly as they said, phone was perfect condition and nothing missing, just one thing was that the box was not great condition but I guess that’s more to do with the storage and it didn’t bother me too much since the phone itself is great with no problems, definitely would buy again from here in the future due to the great prices compared to other places.

I would give no stars at all but that’s not possible. I was disappointed with the poor communication from this seller. I saw an iPhone 16e on Black Friday sale. I bought it via OnBuy and received an email saying that it would be with me by Monday. I received no tracking information. Tuesday morning I contacted the seller but no response. OnBuy customer service sent me the tracking information but Royal Mail’s website said that they couldn’t find the parcel in the system and that I should “check back tomorrow”. I asked for a refund and received no reply. I raised a Section 75 claim with my credit card company and went to another place to buy my phone so imagine my surprise when the seller emailed me and said that the phone was shipped and would arrive the next day- a full 2 weeks after it was due. I rejected the delivery. This seller must have run out of stock and rather than admit that, they just said very little. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

Eventually got my Apple MacBook but I was sure I had clicked on standard delivery. I surprised to see at checkout that £12 was added for priority service but I hadn’t tapped on that and couldn’t change it.
I’m glad I didn’t go for standard delivery as it took 5 days to come!
I messaged the company from their website and got no reply. There phone number on Trustpilot is no longer used. I emailed them. Still no reply.
I would not trust them.

Placed an order on 1st December, only had order confirmation email, did not receive my item. There is no way to contact this company, the number is not working on their website and no one is responding to my emails, even the number on Trustpilot is not working, I think I might have been scammed here.

I have purchased two mobile phones from this company in the past. My current one Samsung note 10 was purchased about three years ago. The service I received when purchasing was excellent, I do look at the web site and will at some point purchase a placement.

Very poor company, ordered on the 28th November, we have had no correspondence whatsoever tried emails no response and the number is not recognised.

Ordered at 10am on a Friday, arrived the next day. Excellent service and the best price I could find. I've used them twice now and had impeccable service both times.

Your website says that the phone works with all UK SIMS and you sent me a phone with no Sim tray. I have tried to contact you to arrange a return and nobody replied.
