My wife ordered our 1st anniversary cake from makemygift.ca. She lives overseas so she decided to order it through these guys. She ordered the mango madness cake priced at $85 and flower bouquet priced at $80. Both combined together is not even worth $20. Cake looked like it was made by a toddler and bouquet was at least couple of days old. They denied refund and their customer service is trash.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I read these reviews before using them. Ordered flowers for same day delivery at 5am. At 1:30 I followed up to ensure they’d be delivered that day and was told they would. They delivered next day and was not even close to what I ordered. And now no one will answer my calls or answer any of my messages. Completely overpriced and a complete scam!

I ordered flowers and cake for my mother, flowers were rotten and discoloured, cake topper was not as same as I ordered, total waste of money.

Terrible Company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a cake (over priced) a week in advance. When finally delivered after 6pm it was the wrong cake. Their response was that they ran out of my cake at the last minute and made a substitution. Last minute? They had a week's notice (smh). I will never support this company again...ever!!

ordered a cake worth around $80 but the one they delivered was totally different and when I searched the cake it only cost $25. Such a disappointment. When I emailed them asking why the cake was different, they only said they the only available they have were the small ones, but that was not the problem here. The problem is that the cake was totally different and cheap. Will definitely not order from them again.

Absolutely rubbish service. Ordered a cake with a candle, messages and 2 balloons as a surprise birthday gift. Recipient only got cake and the topper with 1 balloon. The message card which is the main thing along with the candles were missing which made for the most awkward birthday surprise ever. The 2nd balloon got erased from final cart during checkout. After contacting customer service via email, receieved an absolutely unprofessional and rubbish response in broken language about paying only for 1 balloon and lies about recipient getting the message card and candles as if the recipient or I would lie about it or complain just to waste both of our times and breath. The correspondance from this pathetic company was so rude and informal and sassy as if it was a defensive 12 year old answering holding their ears going lalalala. Do not order from this useless business and go for one of any established professional businesses throughout canada
