Poor support -But that has All changed Now

Poor customer service. Sent email directly after ordering and realising I had ordered the wrong size. They didn’t reply just message after message that parcel was coming and guess what … the wrong size. Cost £5.80 recorded delivery to return and no comment from them now!!

Thank you Makrom not only did I receive an apologetic phone call from you, a refund of the postage but also the exchanged shirt. Thank you so much for prompt and kind service after reading my previous message

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve looked into this and found that your original email was unfortunately caught in our spam filter, which is why we didn't action the size change before shipping.

We have reached out to you directly with a screenshot of our spam folder as proof of the error and to confirm the following:

We have reimbursed the £5.80 return shipping cost to your original payment method.
Your replacement in the correct size is being processed today.

Delayed delivery

This is not my first time of ordering from Makrom. They have quality shirts and i have never had a bad experience with them. The problem is the delivery company (DPD) because they failed to deliver my order on the planned day, which rendered the reason for ordering in the first place useless.

Ordered the wrong size to begin with…

Ordered the wrong size to begin with but they were exchanged quickly and without hassle. I got my shirts back and they fit great, the cotton is soft and comfortable. So pleased I ordered 2 more and they look great too. Will be back 👍

Apart from beautiful shirts

Apart from beautiful shirts, Makrom are always great on customer service. Having placed my order I had a time sensitive question - and this was responded to so quickly and fully. The shirt arrived in good speed here in New Zealand and they are as always, gorgeous. Can't wait to wrap them for the holidays!

While the shirts are nice and very well…

While the shirts are nice and very well made, sadly the sizing is incorrect and inconsistent. Purchased 2 similar 4XL shirts separately and one is just under 3XL and one is smaller, about 2XL. I own may shirts from good makers and not had this problem. All my purchases from Amazon have the same issues with sizing, so I would be reluctant to buy any more clothes from Amazon. As I had them ironed and disposed of the packaging your shirts will probably go to charity and I will mark the actual sizes on them. It is vital for sellers to provide correct product information if they want to get the trust and keep customers.

We would like to clarify that all our product pages include detailed and accurate size guides, including chest, neck, and sleeve measurements, to help customers choose the correct fit. As shirt cuts and fits can vary between brands, we always recommend checking these measurements rather than relying solely on size labels, as not all manufacturers use the same sizing standards.

We also offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange if an item doesn’t fit as expected. Unfortunately, as no return request was made within this period, we were unable to assist further.

I applaud Makrom!

Makrom offer an excellent selection and variety of men's patterned shirts - I particularly love the floral ones. And excellent quality of fabric, both pure cotton and cotton/polyester mix.
With prompt dispatch and delivery (next day for over £50) what more could you ask for?!
