DPD not great!
Bought a pair of shoes on the Black Friday sale. Unfortunately DPD don’t know how to use a ring doorbell & just knocked the porch door. I work nights so missed my delivery twice apparently. I then received an email to say my order was being returned & refunded (still awaiting refund) I then had to order again & pay full price! Not a great experience

We use DPD tracked secure pin code service. If the delivery fails, you must reschedule within 24 hours via the DPD website, otherwise it will be returned to us for a refund minus the postal costs as we have shipped correctly.

It was the delivery unfortunately, they didnt even attempt to deliver (ring doorbell doesn't lie ) I love mallet trainers but ill never buy again as DPD are the worst delivery company ever

I have looked into the order number against this review. I can see this was delivered on 28th November but no return has been raised by you? If you would like to reach out to the team on team@mallet.com with the order number you are referring too, we can look into this.
On a separate note, due to peak season, we are quoting upto 10 working days for all returns to be scanned in and processed but we are working hard to reduce these times.

We use DPD tracked secure pin code service. The pin code & tracking number are sent four times in total to the customer on both email and SMS: the day the order leaves the warehouse and again on the hour slot the following working day. The pin code has to be given to the driver to complete the delivery. If the delivery fails, you must reschedule within 24 hours via the DPD website, otherwise it will be returned to us for a refund minus the postal costs, as we have shipped correctly and given you all the information needed for you to be available to accept the delivery.
Please reach out to team@mallet.com if you still have not received your refund and we will look into this further for you.

I have reviewed the tracking, and it appears the driver could not locate your address. A notification was sent to you to provide more details to the courier. You also have the tracking number so any updates will also appear there. Unfortunately, as you did not follow this up, the parcel is on its way back to us.
For reference your order was placed on 30.11.25, dispatched on 2.12.25 and attempted delivery on 3.12.25
You will be issued a refund minus the postal costs as we have shipped correctly and given you all the information needed for you to be available to accept the delivery.
