The experience has been horrific. I originally requested representation on a Saturday, and the very next day request requested cancellation of representation. This company is trying to keep a $1500 deposit for work that was never done on my case.
I still need legal representation. I still need money for an attorney, but I do not want to go forward with this disgusting company. Single mom of 4 kids.. I don’t have the money to pay somebody $1500 to do absolutely nothing.

apparently i contacted this law firm and opened a credit card with them??? since when do law firm open credit cards? the ones that scam. that’s who.

My attorney has delivered what he promised!

People should truly be aware of Marble Law before deciding to use their services. I paid $3,000 to retain an attorney and requested that my case be canceled within 24 hours because I no longer needed their services. During that short period, I received little to no meaningful legal assistance.

I never communicated directly with the attorney who was supposedly assigned to my case. In fact, I was unable to speak with the attorney because I had not yet completed uploading my documents, and I had barely uploaded anything before requesting cancellation. No legal strategy was discussed, no documents were reviewed with me, and no legal work was performed that justified keeping such a large portion of my payment.

The cancellation process was extremely frustrating. When I contacted Marble Law to cancel my case, I was repeatedly given vague answers and told that someone would follow up with me. No one did. I had to continue reaching out myself just to get updates. At one point, I was even told that the representative who initially handled my cancellation request failed to submit it, despite my contacting them within 24 hours of retaining their services.

Now Marble Law is only offering to refund $2,000, keeping $1,000 for services that I do not believe were ever provided. From my experience, the customer service was poor, the communication was inconsistent, and the cancellation process lacked transparency. I expected a straightforward resolution, especially since I acted almost immediately after retaining the firm.

My advice is to carefully review the retainer agreement, ask detailed questions about the cancellation and refund policy before making any payment, and document every interaction. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Marble Law.

When I decided to file for divorce I searched many law firms on the internet. Marble Law just stood out to me. I made the initial phone call and was made to feel right at ease. I would highly recommend Marble Law!!!

Where do I even start with this scathing review? First off, I went to marble because they advertised no sneaky additional costs, they advertised that you get a total cost breakdown and that was it. I talked with 2 other attorneys on the legal process on what I should do. Very informative on different ideas. The retainer fees were more than I anticipated but at least with a retainer fee you get that money back if it’s not used. I paid $4K for 3 steps that I wanted to get going. 1 step got completely cancelled. I was told that I would be expected to pay additional $400-600 to serve papers on top of what I paid. When I asked why there was additional charge, they stated that they can’t anticipate how much it will cost to serve paperwork. I only have 1 step done. I was met with so many AI chat bots after I was told I would get 24/7 to 2 different paralegals to help with any questions I had. I was completely overcharged for the work was done and now I might have to go somewhere else to get things done properly having to spend more money. Don’t waste your money with marble, it’s more of a headache than it is worth

YALL STOOK MY REFUND AND FID NOT FO ANYTHING FOR ME !!! I currently have a case open. And not one time have anyone called me to move forward in the process, they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, & they DO NOT RETURN CALLS! I have scheduled endless amount of appointments and still no response. And to top it off, I keep getting updates of different attorneys taking the case so no attorney is consistent with the case, they disappear and are never heard from again! What I am going through is very serious and heartbreaking, not once did ANYONE help me with what I paid for! I paid over $2,000 and have not been helped yet. They are bad for business DO NOT HIRE ANYONE TO REPRESENT YOU FROM THIS LAW FIRM. I rate them a 1 out of 10 only because they answered the phone to COLLECT THE FUNDS!! I AM WORKING ON A REFUND AND IF I DONT GET MY MONEY BACK IN FULL I WILL GO LONG MEASURES TO GET MY FUNDS BACK PLUS MORE! DO NOT HIRE MARBLE LAW THEY SUCK!

My attorney has been encouraging, optimistic, and proactive in her approach to the case and in her responses to me. She appeared to be well informed of the applicable laws governing my case. I could not have chosen a better attorney to represent me.

I would stay away from Marble Law. They charge a premium fixed rate but then subcontract at very low rates to the attorneys who works with them. This lead to 'doing the bare minimum' work and I found myself essentially having to advocate for myself against opposing counsel AND my own attorney as they just wanted to get this done and over with because the incentive structure is not designed for quality outcomes. Big mistake in engaging with them.
