What I love about Marbel so far is that they’re structured, organized and they do things in an orderly fashion.

Thid law group, law firm, or whatever it is they call themselves, needs to work on better communication at the very least. It is no wonder they are poorly rated. Nobody seems to have any sense of urgency with getting back to potential clients. There is also a major lack of coverage in my area it seems.

I initially spoke with someone by the name of Sareya, and they never called me back as promised, and didnt return my follow up calls. I then began dealing with a gentleman named Jeremiah, who also displayed poor responsiveness to follow up calls and text messages.

After my initial call with Jeremiah on May 11th, he was unresponsive to follow up calls and text messages, and did not bother to get back to me until May 21st for my scheduled legal strategy sesssion. While he did send one brief message to follow up with me and confirm I spoke with the attorney as scheduled, he then called requesting to set up a time to discuss matters further, but never made contact to actually schedule said call. It was not until over a month later that he bothered to send a text asking if I still needed help with my case.

When I requested an additional strategy session so I could get some legal questions answered, he stated that would be possible. I expected some sort of response to schedule, but Jeremiah never replied further to schedule the session.

It was not until over another month had passed that I received a very generic email stating that they do not have an available attorney at this time and can not take my case.

This company seems to have a consistent over promise and underdeliver strategy. Not very good business if you ask me.

Perfect timing. Everything was explained to me in a simple fashion where I can understand the process.

The world was dark and people are not very nice but Rachel made me feel protected and looked after. I never want to go through another divorce but if I ever have legal trouble I would want Rachel on my team. I hired Marble expecting legal guidance and consistent communication throughout my divorce, but my experience has been very disappointing. I’ve repeatedly tried to reach my legal team for updates and answers, yet I’ve received little to no response.
I’ve also been charged over $3,200, including multiple additional fees that were not clearly explained. When you’re going through a divorce, you expect transparency and someone to guide you through the process; not to feel like you’re handling everything on your own.
The lack of communication has been the most frustrating part. If you’re paying for legal services, you shouldn’t have to chase your own legal team just to get basic information about your case or an explanation of your bill.
I hope Marble improves its client communication and billing transparency so future clients have a better experience.

Worst team ever! I signed with them on 5/21, it’s 7/27 I still haven’t been assigned an approved attorney. Now one called or emails you back. My so called paralegal Brianna won’t email me back. Been two weeks. Not a word. There’s no home office so you can’t go in and ask to speak to somebody. The managers will get on the phone. They leave it to the poor receptionist to deal with you that can’t even give you legal advice or give you updates on your case. If you see Marble Law run do not walk away. These reviews must be from family members and friends. Don’t believe me call right now and ask to speak to a manager. See what they say 3 to 5 business days.

Your initial conversation is going to start off with an AI with a fake call center background noise and fake keyboard typing. Her name is Claire. I got a weird vibe when I started talking to the "agent" and within a minute I began to suspect it was an AI agent. I was not informed my first contact would be an AI. I actually thought they lawyer from the initial intake form that they "recommended" to me was going to be one to call me.

You will never get my business now and if I am ever asked for an opinion on your company I will tell them to steer clear. I don't trust this kind of mindset at a company.

You deal with people who are probably at their most vulnerable. At least have some decency and greet them with another human.

I wouldn't trust this company with any legal matters.

I'm involved in an uncontested divorce and I just wanted to hire someone to look over the documents that were provided to me and review the estimated child support amount I have through the state calculator. I've been a "customer" for about 6 weeks now. I was immediately paired with a lawyer who went on vacation a couple days later (Marble didn't even know). The days-later responses I'm receiving from my lawyer feels like she's just giving me the runaround and being very lawyer-like in the fact that she's not really answering my questions. This process should not have been this complicated and slow.
