BEWARE OF SCAMMERS
I had a very bad experience with Marble Law firm recently. I reached out to them for a consultation first for $40, attorney first said she has experience in handling reinstatement cases and she convinced me to book her. Later in the mid of the case she started ghosting me, she never replied to my emails, used to postpone the appointments and when I asked anything simple about reinstatement issues she always answered “I can’t answer you that right now, I need to see.” At first she said her goal is to complete this case within 48 hours, as this was a very simple case, as I mentioned earlier. She literally took more than 45 days with no response to emails, not responding to calls, and taking zero action on my case. Every time she said “I am working on your case” unsure what she is working on.
That made me cancel the service and ask for a refund. She wasted my 45 days for a simple reinstatement case. Marble Law firm didn’t refund my money at all, they originally charged me $1350 and they said they are only going to refund me $89 and I have to pay $1261 for such absolutely no service provided by them, it felt like extortion.
I am fortunate and thankful that affirm payment team saw all the evidences I provided against Marble Law and affirm decided to act on my favor. I got my money back just because I selected the affirm payment method. Otherwise I would have lost my money.

Please beware of this scam law firm. Their lawyer is inefficient and not qualified to be hired for. And their finance team is total fraudsters.

Pretty straightforward pricing. The attorney seems very knowledgeable on what needs to be done. Easier to get it done. You know to marble lots of massage

I was mislead by one of the attorney with marble law.. And was charged $715.00 from them after I canceled my services with marble after I found out by another attorney with marble that my case would be costly, because my spouse cant be located. I reached out to Marble and after a month with no response from them I was credited back 1,600.00 dollars but charged $725.00 for nothing..

The lawyer was great she listened to what I said and I listened to her and she was great I would recommend anyone to marble law because they are a great group of people

I had help every step of the way. Any time I had questions or concerns, they were always answered as quickly as possible.

After signing up for Marble, I quickly realized I had made a mistake. The upfront sales process looks to lock you in quickly with what is basically a loan from a 3rd-party entity. After having one call with my lawyer and getting a standard petition to review, I asked to cancel my Marble relationship. After many attempts to reach someone to discuss this (they hide behind AI chat bots and a customer service number that dumps you into voicemail), I was notified this week that none of the $4K I paid upfront for barely any legal services would be refunded. This company is fraudulent and a scam. I am providing this review so that hopefully others can avoid this company and not fall victim to its unethical tactics.
