My so called case team NEVER answer calls, the email addresses given for the attorney and paralegal come back as UNDELIVERABLE. The ONLY people you can talk to are "customer support" who "cannot give legal advice" and no one else can help as so as they received their several thousand dollars!!!

If you are serious about divorcing and want it done in a short amount of time consider Marble. They will walk you through the different steps and possible scenarios that you may encounter and have you divorce in a faster amount of time than the regular divorce process that takes a year or longer when filing for a divorce. I started the process in March and will be completed by August. It would have possibly been quicker if you my spouse and I were on agreeable terms. If not it can cause a delay but thats explained in the different step scenarios as mentioned above. You also must stay on top of the paperwork, signing of documents, and cost thats explained and required of you as this also cuts down on the delays. I was satisfied with the services received. Hired an attorney through Marble Law & had a horrible experience! They tell you that you have access to Marble or your attorney 24/7, well they do not return your calls. I had to leave multiple messages & finally had to look up attorney’s private practice to even talk to my attorney. Multiple excuse as to why I wasnt getting return calls from them. Then my attorney disappeared for weeks until she contacted me on the 4th of July holiday by text to set up an appointment with me for the day before my court date, which was ridiculous to wait until the night before court to set up what I needed done in court. Well, she missed that appointment as well & I was completely nervous all night before my court date not knowing if my attorney would even show up for court! She didn’t even show up for court in person, (which was the plan) but did pop on to zoom 1 minute before court. I called Marble to complain right after court only to be told a supervisor or manager would contact me within 3 business days. No call! Called back after a week & was told a manager or supervisor would call within 24 hours, well that was 3 days ago. I can’t stress enough about how you should AVOID this company at all costs. No customersetvice, lies & total disregard for their clients! I wil be reporting them to the State Bar!
