Ordered 2 masks 2 weeks ago, no update since the order received email. Their contact form does not work either, I have spend £20 and would like a refund but how can I if I can't contact them?

Good quality masks
Masks are well made and lightweight even though they are 3 layered. I originally bought mediums which were too small. This time I ordered large and the fit is very good. Arrived very quickly. Well packaged. Great instructions and descriptions. Would recommend to others.

My masks arrived very quickly
My masks arrived very quickly. They are very well made. I ordered two previously and liked them so much I ordered three more all different styles. The size M fits well for a woman and includes the ear adjusters if you need them. Each one packaged in a nice pouch.

Excellent Service
Excellent service. However can’t help noticing the masks I’ve recently purchased, the material is a lot thinner than the mask I bought last year (blue with NHS rainbow motif). Mind you I did pay double the price for it so maybe that is something to do with it. Like the idea of the mask clips which weren’t provided last year as had to make my own alterations to make sure a snug fit.

Steps to improve when wearing with glasses...
I’ve been wearing these masks throughout the pandemic and found them light and comfortable, although as a glasses wearer I found the recommended size initially purchased not effective in preventing my glasses from misting up. However I’ve just ordered a spare mask, this time a size larger and, with the aid of the included ear loop adjuster, now able to wear comfortably without any misting.
