Order wasn’t completed. Infinity required invasive identification method. They charged my card but wouldn’t complete the order. Both sales rep and her manager were not helpful in resolving this problem favorably. Even though it is going to cost me thousands more, I’ll be taking my business to another company. Reported to BBB.

This is my third massage chair from infinity. I have one in my house in ny and one in my bowling alley for customers to use. The one I just got for my apt in Fla is unbelievable. I’ve been going through some medical issues with my back and my neurologist ordered pt for me. This massage chair actually stretches my back so I feel so much better after using it. Between my pt and the massage chair there is such a difference of how I feel than when I don’t. I love it!!!! It’s worth every penny!!!! The infinity company is the best. In the 19 years I’ve had the one in my business and customers using and abusing I’ve never to this day ever had any issues. I think I bought a new cushion once. The one in my house in ny also have never had any issues. Infinity makes the best product and stands behind their product.

I love my Kyota M868 massage chair
I love my Kyota M868 massage chair! Everything from the start when I spoke to Rick Galant to help me choose my chair, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, to the white glove delivery which was flawless was amazing. I do physical labor for a living so when I get home I am very tired and sore. I love all the different varieties of massages the chair offers and it helps me revive after working a long hard day.
