Luckily (blessed), the company I work for has a message chair which I use during our lunch break. After using the chair at work, I had to get my own. Bernie was great to work with, and helped me upgrade to a different chair when the one I purchased did not work out for me, great customer service and a wonderful product.

Everything was as expected. Communication was great, and the massage chair was in excellent condition (i purchased one of the refurbished chairs). I use the massage chair pretty much daily.

Looking forward to this I sat in one in Japan and now I need this one to be better than that

Bernie was great. I would give him a 5. Answered all questions. Very friendly and professional. Only gave a 4 because we disappointed that there weren’t more chair options for shorter people. Lots of chairs on display but only one option for us. What a tease.Like the features but don’t love the tan color piping and inlay. Since there were no other choices I feel I am settling. Not a good feeling after spending $7000. Just hope I love it when it arrives.
