Avoid at all cost 50 mins waiting time.

Worst experience ever, they make you pay to be picked up and dropped off in the short stay which is £8.50 a time, they lie about the amount of time it takes so me and my 2 daughters stood in the pouring rain while they continually told me the driver was 5 minutes away. I’m currently stood wondering if the car has been stolen

Do not use! We phoned,cas requested, 30 mins before arrival, to be told that the company had gone out of business and that we we would have you pay another £75 to park using the new owners. We refused. Having just read the other reviews on here, I am glad we did. We had no option but to park in the multistorey carpark which cost us £370!

Don't be drawn in by the cheaper cost, never experienced such an unprofessional outfit. Driver arrived 90 minutes after calling the number given. We were repeatedly told he was on his way and only a few minutes away. After a few calls they ignored our calls, as soon as we used a different phone we got through. When we chased with the new phone they then ignored this phone. I could go on but am so angry of how we were treated. There is more to the story but the bottom line is, we missed our flight!!

DO NOT USE, THEY ARE THIEVES. I would give this business minus 100 if there was the option. Giving one star should not apply to this company. Unfortunately, I left a sum of cash in my car which was parked with them for four days over the new year. The cash was well hidden but they managed to find it and stole every pound. On contacting them they advised they are not responsible for the contents of the vehicle.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIEVES.

This is hands down one of the worst airport parking services I’ve ever used.

On arrival at Bristol Airport we were told nothing more than to “meet the driver”. No clear instructions, no signage, no communication. The driver was apparently there but made zero effort to identify himself, leaving us standing in the cold for ages wondering what was going on. A meet & greet service that doesn’t actually meet or greet you is ridiculous.

Coming back from Prague was even worse. We were told to meet the driver in the same place, then left waiting for over an hour with no updates and no answered phone calls. Eventually, some random bloke turned up, didn’t explain who he was or what was happening, and told everyone waiting for their cars to get into his van. Nobody knew where we were going, how long it would take, or why this was happening — total chaos.

We were taken completely out of the way, adding even more delay. Inside the van there was zero consideration for passengers: no help with luggage, suitcases left to fend for themselves, and music blasting so loudly you couldn’t even talk. After hours of waiting and confusion, it was the last thing anyone needed — plus my man’s tunes were dry in the rass. And not saying names but someone’s breath was stinking out the gaff.

No information, no communication, no organisation, and no respect for customers. This service added stress at every stage and should be avoided at all costs.

AVOID! This experience was a total disaster and extremely stressful especially when you’re a pregnant woman travelling on your own!
Called over an hour before arriving to Bristol airport. There were no clear instructions as where to park etc., so after waiting 20minutes in Short Stay car park I called again to be told I was supposed to be waiting by the exit. Waited another 20 minutes there to meet a random scruffy man (no uniform, confirmation or anything at all) so basically handed my car keys desperately rushing to the terminal. Had to pay £14 for him to be able to leave the car park in my car. He also said that he was not aware that I was waiting that long. When I got back (apparently the car was meant to be nearby) I waited about 30 minutes with another 5 women and been approached by another weird man, when I asked where my car was he said I should be happy as I will save £7 because he’ll drive us (6 people) to our cars. Two cars were randomly parked along the street about 15 minutes drive from the airport! Complete waste of time and money. I can’t be bothered to make a complaint as clearly they’re not responding!

DO NOT USE! Car was returned in dreadful state, it was fully valeted and came back if it had been in a rally, mud inside and out and clogged between the wheels. Stated it would take 1hr to return the vehicle with no fuel...they used QTR of a tank. 3 x parties had used my car with the passenger seat nearly horizontal. Tried making a complaint and now being ignored, now put the payment in dispute.

I wouldn’t even give this service 1 star. 30 min late meeting us on departure and 45 mins late on arrivals. Do not book.

AVOID and any cost. My car was used without my autorisation to transport multiple individuals to bristol airport for another collections.

Reported my experience to the Police, Compare Airport Parking website and Trading standards. They MUST be stopped. My car was returned to me full of food rubbish and mud, back and front of car, so clearly used by multiple people whilst I was away. It took 1 hr to be returned to me as it was 40 miles away when I called!!!SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN. They do not speak English or respond to any contact.

Horrendous company. Do not use at any cost. Could not locate my car. Unhelpful and even during my wassap conversations they closed the phone number down and opened under another phone number. Can’t believe Bristol Airport allow them to offer a service. AVOID!

They were late returning to pick me up, they could not clearly speak English, so hard to understand, and the car was significantly damaged. They trade under A1 Meet and Greet Bristol and was booked through Parking4you.co.uk (CompareAirportParking). DREADFUL. I have since had the car repaired, which was close on £600 and they seem to be completely ignoring me - be warned.

on arrival to Bristol airport we had to wait 20 minutes
for the driver to arrive, this in turn made us miss checking hold luggage in so had to pay extra for overside hand luggage.
on arrival home we were left an hour in the rain with just we be 2 to 3 minutes away.
Ive tried to complain but emails are just coming back.

Unreliable service, avoid this company if you can. I had to wait nearly an hour for the driver to collect my car and nearly an hour for the return. I think they should not be allowed to provide this service.
I wish my review could be added to compare airport parking - the site I used to find the meet and greet at Bristol airport.

DO NOT USE. It took 4 hours to get our car on return and only with police help. The police had raided the Bristol meet and greet as advertised on the compare sites as many of the drivers are illegal immigrants and many do not have licenses or insurance. The police took us to where the car was , a farm yard, not secure and the car keys were on the windscreen! Horrendous do not use

Told 20-30 mins ( confirmed by website) when I rang to chase received rude attitudes and threat I was told it would be 30-40 mins . Still waited an hour!!!!!!!!!!

We made a complaint about the service we received from GLD1 Trading Ltd. On Sunday 26 October 2025. We were told to make a complaint via WhatsApp but received no response.
We called the service as instructed for car Pick-up and waited an hour for the car to arrive. In the daylight we noticed that the car was dirty including in the driver’s foot well and there were remnants of food on the driver’s seat and the middle panel. We do not eat in the car on principle. Also there was no mention when booking that we had to pay the £7 parking charge on arrival and on pick up (£14 in total) which is misleading.
We were very unhappy about this and would not use the service again and would not recommend to others.

Review for meet and greet at Bristol Airport by GLD1 Trading. Waited for over an hour. Poor BS communication given. Crappy way to finish our holiday.

Decided for a cheaper parking option, having to pay over £200 in damages. One tire has a huge, unrepairable crack on the inside wall. Not cheap tyres either. Got them on dashcam going full speed over speed bumps leaving the airport, and then inflating the tire before returning the car to me. Avoid at all costs.
