Mélijoe legt Bestellungen keinen Lieferschein und keine Rechnung in Papierform mehr bei. Auf der Website kann man sich NICHT mehr in seinen Account einloggen und somit auch seine Bestellungen NICHT mehr einsehen. Wichtige Informationen wie die Bestellnummer werden nur noch per E-Mail mitgeteilt. Fatal, wenn diese E-Mail versehentlich gelöscht wurde. Sollte die bestellte Ware nicht passen oder einen Mangel haben, ist eine Rücksendung nicht möglich, da man die Bestellnummer braucht. Ich bin seit 14 Jahren Kunde - das war meine letzte Bestellung und ich bedauere dies sehr.

First time ordering from Melijoe, and getting very frustrated. Package arrived over a month ago with half of the items missing, in two UPS boxes taped together. I contacted their CS, was told that they would investigate for 20 days and reserve the missing items for me to ship later if necessary. After weeks of no updates, I contacted them 5 days ago and was told that the investigation was concluded and the items couldn’t be located, so I could receive replacement items if I still wanted to. I responded right away and confirmed that I still wanted my items sent to me. I haven’t heard back since then, no confirmation, no order number, just dead silence. This is straight up scam and theft if they take your money and don’t send you the items you paid for. Never expected something like this from a EU company, and I’ve placed many orders with other overseas companies before. Ticket number 1653050

Have several experiences purchasing from their website.
It was good at first, but after one experience with a package being lost I became disappointed with them. As many other reviewers experience, I wrote to customer service twice amd never received a reply.
After a while, I thought about giving a last try with them the day before yesterday.
However, after completing checkout, I did not receive any order confirmation (the payment seems to be reserved). Maybe they've received a larger number of orders recently, or there is some problem with their website.
Regardless of the outcome, such unstable service quality made me completely give up the idea of continuing to be their customer.

Site à fuire ! Le service après-vente est en dessous de tout! Alors qu'un défaut de fabrication a été constaté par la marque Moncler et qu'elle a validé l'échange, le site met en avant une fin de garantie pour s'extraire à ses obligations alors que les démarches ont été initiées bien avant. Ils vous répondent de façon lapidaire sans la moindre considération pour le client. Je n'ai jamais vu ça surtout quand on vend des articles à ce niveau de prix. Grosse grosse déception, je ne risque pas de recommander sur ce site! Expérience en dessous de tout! Une véritable honte!!!
A Melijoe: Votre réponse n’a aucuns sens. Vous parlez d’un délai de 3 jours pour découvrir le défaut, or le défaut est apparu bien plus tard avec le lettrage qui s’est décollé. Le service après-vente de Moncler a conclu à un défaut de fabrication, après examen de la doudoune. Vous n’aviez donc aucune raison valable de refuser puisque le fabricant lui-même recommandait un échange. C’est juste scandaleux et vous persévérez dans l’erreur en postant cette réponse. Le bon sens imposait que vous vous ravisiez… Moncler acceptait l’échange, il vous suffisait donc de vous arranger avec eux alors ne me parlez pas de garantie .

Werde hier niemals wieder bestellen! Wenn man die Sachen nicht behalten möchte, die man bestellt, macht man ein sehr schlechtes Geschäft. Ein Outfit hatte meiner Tochter nicht gepasst, daher Retoure. Ich habe dafür 17,95 bezahlt!!!! Und als Liefergebühr im Vorfeld auch schon 10,00 Euro. 27,95 für nichts!! Werde nie wieder dort bestellen. Kundenservice hat zwar geantwortet, aber mir nichts als Entschädigung angeboten.

Produit livré ne convient pas en raison de la taille par contre n'ayant aucun numéro de commande, je ne parviens pas à retourner l'article.
La référence indiquée dans le mail de commande ne suffit pas.
Que faire pour pouvoir prendre en compte le retour du produit ?

Richtige abzocke.
Ich habe zwei UV Anzüge bestellt, einer davon war leider zu klein den ich dann zurückgeschickt habe.
Ich habe für den Versand zu mir 10€ bezahlt, jedoch für den Rückversand 18€? Wo ist hier der Sinn?
Mir wurden nur 10€ zurückerstattet.
Ich finde es eine bodenlose Frechheit.
Ich werde dort niemals wieder bestellen und empfehle es niemanden.

Betrug !!! Ich würde alle davor warnen, dort zu bestellen.
Habe eine Jacke bestellt, die mit UPS versendet wurde und niemals zugestellt wurde. Folglich wurde sie zurück an den Shop gesendet, denn es wurde behauptet, ich hätte die Zustellung verweigert. Ich habe drum gebeten, mir sofort den Kaufbetrag zurückzuerstatten. Mir wurden 30 EUR für eine sogenannte “Rücksendegebühr“ abgezogen. Das ist eine klare Betrugsmasche

The worst retail experience ever. I purchased one pair of slides for my twins and they fit fine. I then purchased a second pair in the next size up because they didn’t have anymore in the size I first ordered. When the second pair arrived it was way too big so I decided to return. Little did I know the return was going to cost me almost $50! It is not clear on their website that a return would be that expensive! Since a return label is provided you would think that you are not being charged for the return. If I’m being charged for the return I should be the one to choose the shipping method. I have never experienced anything like this before and I will never shop with them again. It’s a shame because you can’t try things on before you buy because it’s online. This is my first experience with them and it was horrible.

MeliJoe is simply the best place to shop for the best quality children’s clothing. It’s the best selection, best variety, best pricing which means a price for every pocket book. They also have fantastic sales and customer service. Shipping costs are very reasonable as well. I cannot recommend them more highly. I refer them to all new mothers and buy for friends and for my grandchildren.
