Katastrophe. Totale Abzocke. Ich habe eine Jacke bestellt, die viel größer war als es der Größe entspricht. Habe sie folglich zurückgeschickt. Nun soll ich insgesamt 31€ übernehmen, Rücksendung + irgendwelche intransparenten Gebühren. Den Kundenservice habe ich kontaktiert, hier kann man jedoch nicht von „Service“ sprechen, einfach dreist. Bought quite a few items and due to random sizing had to send a couple of them back. I opted for an exchange to the next size instead of a refund. I sent these items back (at my own cost) and the 13th Dec and still haven’t received a replacement or refund and it says my package is still in Swedish customs. I’ve tried to speak to customer services, but have only had a response the first time and have been ignored since.
Atrocious customer service that makes it not worth ordering from them in case you have an issue. Has I had known it would take so long I would have just kept them items and moved them on myself as now I’m without the money and have had to buy replacements as it’s taken so long. It’s shambolic and the lack of response from customer service is unacceptable.

I have recently ordered some items from Melijoe. All the items came in sizes which didn't correspond to what they were guiding on the website so I have having to exchange everything sent. It now transpires that not only do you have to pay for returns, but you have to return the items to Sweden which costs a small fortune and there appears to be customs duties on top of that! Customer services have been no help whatsoever in working out how to go through the customs process and explaining how to go about this, I have been so disappointed by everything Melijoe have done

Bei einer Bestellung von über 300€ muss Retour selbst bezahlt werden??? Never again...
Leider gibt Melijoe keine transparente Information zu ihren Retourbedingungen "If you did not receive a return label, please take the return to any courier of your choice, and send the package to..:" Ich würde an eurer Stelle die Kosten mit den Produkten verrechnen. Schade, weil es ansonsten ein toller Shop ist.

Ordered a Tommy Hilfiger boys jumper a week before Christmas and came the week of Christmas I was so happy that it came in time. It’s gorgeous the only thing I have to say is when I checked the labels as I needed to wash it and couldn’t help see that it says made in turkey and his Tommy Hilfiger coat says made in China when googled where they make the clothing items it says Vietnam, China. Which has me wondering if I’m paying prices similar to the real for something which isn’t real.

*edit* 15 days have past with no resolution offered by Melijoe yet. If you don’t mind having your hard earned money taken from you and kept for 1 month while an ‘investigation’ takes place while they try and find the parcel, you’re probably ok to order from them! Still waiting for refund or replacement a month down the line.
Parcel apparently delivered but wasn’t left anywhere. Contacted customer service and told to wait 15 days for this parcel to magically appear. Very disappointed as ordered in time for Christmas holiday but left with nothing and they refuse to send a replacement until 15 days have past.

Der Anbieter berechnet eine Rücksendegebühr in Höhe von 17,95€. Nicht zeitgemäß und viel zu überteuert. Kinderschuhe für 28,20 Euro bestellt die leider zu klein waren. Nach der Rücksendung hat der Anbieter lediglich 10,25 Euro erstattet. Teures Vergnügen! Never again. Bestellt lieber woanders und unterstützt deutsche Unternehmen wie Otto

they sent me a shoe size 8 for an three year old instead of the ordered size 12.. when I tried to contact online, the system kept crashing, when I rang to tell them they said "OK, can you upload a picture", "we don't believe you ordered the size 12 (which was confirmed in my order confirmation email) because it says here size 8 and we don't make mistakes - when I explained, she said: "OK" - when I suggested a better way to deal with this would be to maybe apologise instead of saying ok as it clearly was not ok - she said: "well I don't know what I should be sorry for....." Would a customer bother to ring Sweden from the UK and make stories like this up? Have they ever heard of customer service and how to be polite? If this girl worked for me I would insist on some in house training ... however, what really matters is as no replacement can be offered since the item is sold out, and as I really felt treated incredibly rudely, Melijoe has lost my custom going forward and I shall never buy from you again. Sorry guys, not a good experience! Train your staff!

My order was supposedly delivered over 3 weeks ago. Nobody was home, there was no card through the door, no neighbours took in the delivery. I started a claim/investigation with the courier and melijoe. I was told the investigation would take 15 working days, we are now beyond that and melijoe are not responding to any contact! So I've still not got my order, and I'm still out of pocket. Shocking customer service.

I haven’t actually received customer service as good as this in a very long time.
The lady (unfortunately I forgot her name) on the phone went above and beyond to help me with my order, which had arrived too big for my son.
10 stars I will definitely be shopping here again.

Ich habe dort als Erstkunde einen sehr teuren Burberry-Trenchcsoat gekauft, den ich mit massiven Mängeln erhielt und diesen dann reklamierte mit aussagekräftigem Fotomaterial.
Dann wurde mir stur und unfreundlich ein 10% Rabatt angeboten- wohlwissend, dass ich keine Chance mehr habe, den Mantel in dieser Größe noch einmal in ordentlicher Ausführung ohne Mängel zu bekommen!
Es wurde dann ganz unverschämt als Begründung genannt, ich hätte ja durch meinen Willkommensrabatt schon einen Nachlass!
Wie bitte?
Dann impliziert das also, dass man, was man mit "Willkommenrabatt" bestellt, ruhig ein Mängelexemplar sein darf?
Das ist dann ja wirklich ein ganz tolles "Willkommensgeschenk"!
Den Rabatt habe ich damit nun auch verloren.
So eine Kundenunfreundlichkeit bei einer berechtigten Reklamation habe ich noch in keinem anderen Unternehmen erlebt!
Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht von Melijoe.
Hier werde ich sicher nicht noch einmal kaufen.
Man gibt viel Geld aus und wird dann derart respektlos und unfair behandelt.

I Love Melijoe for my 4 yr old twin granddaughters!! They sell the hottest cutest best clothing for kids. I've been shopping here since they were born. Great everything from ordering, quality, delivery, packaging and customer service!! Melijoe's the best place for kids clothes!!!!
