Versand und retoure muss selbst gezahlt werden
Schöne Sachen. Ich musste schon mehr bestellen im überhaupt meinen Warenkorb abzuschließen. Ich habe einen Regenoverall gekauft welcher jedoch nicht gepasst hat. Musste ihn daher zurückschicken und mir wurde dann noch der Versand für die Rücksendung berechnet. Habe also 12€ für nichts bezahlt. Da sollte die Firma langsam im 21 Jahrhundert ankommen und sich ein Beispiel an viele große Konkurrenten nehmen, zumal die Produkte wirklich super teuer sind. Werde daher leider nicht mehr bestellen.
Ich möchte auch keine standardisierte Antwort das es in eurem Kleingedruckten steht.

A éviter. Première commande passée et bien que le paient ait été effectué, la commande a été annulée par MELIJOE évoquant que leur système de paiement sécurisé avait détecté qu'il y avait un risque. C'est quoi ce cinéma !
En plus l'entreprise n'a pas pignon sur rue en France, c'est juste une adresse et un numéro de téléphone.

Je reçois la nouvelle paire catastrophique paire porté le cuir et plié de partout le scratch des peluches noir et coutures enlever comme la mienne et même pas le papier de soie ( paire de kenzo à 105€ De base en bébé ). Obligé de recontacter le service client en espérant qu’il accepte cette fois pour un remboursement car ma fille grandi trop vite

Melijoe claim no knowledge of my call and say there are neither records or trace of call having been received. I had called them querying their prices and during the call the assistant offered to reduce the items by £10 if I kept the dresses. This is very disappointing

High quality clothes and service!
Whenever I order my kid’s clothes through Melijoe I receive the package so fast, especially for international shipping! It’s also packaged so beautifully every time. I recently made my first exchange for a new size and that was extremely easy and happened in a very timely manner. My experience
Melijoe is absolutely the place I go to buy darling clothes, especially for my grandbabies! The staff has always been professional and most helpful without attitude which doesn't happen quite often with other stores. They always make me feel welcomed on the phone and that they are happy to get my business. The only complaint I have is that the "check out form" should be more clear regarding the "delivery to" address. I have filled it out wrong having the package coming to me in the US instead of going to Hong Kong. On my next order I will call Melijoe to help me with this.

Most of all, I love MJ's quick delivery. I also order online from a USA company but delivery takes twice as long. Of course, my granddaughter and her mother are always dazzled by Melijoe's clothing.
