Compro su questo sito quasi tutto l'abbigliamento per le mie bimbe da 6 anni. Vendono prodotti davvero molto belli e alla moda, gli invii sono veloci e ben incartati. Non ho avuto mai problemi di nessun tipo nonostante abbia effettuato moltissimi acquisti. Vengono spesso applicati sconti. Inizialmente esisteva un servizio clienti molto efficiente a Roma che ora non c'è più, peccato. Inoltre, in passato inviavano piccoli omaggi insieme ai capi acquistati e c'era la possibilità di scegliere tra molti accessori. Infine, il sito divideva l'abbigliamento tra stagione autunno/inverno e primavera/estate, cosa secondo me molto utile. Negli anni queste cose sono cambiate ma rimane comunque un sito serio, con molta scelta e splendidi capi d'abbigliamento, sempre attento alle nuove tendenze. Unico neo, spedizione e reso a pagamento, a prescindere dall'importo speso.

The detailed packaging arrived on time and in pristine condition. The dress was nicely folded and sealed in plastic bag. The shoes were nicely tucked away in its shoe box. I definitely recommend this site for purchases. All went smoothly. And items arrived as shown on website.

Très déçue. Commande d'une veste de ski pour enfant pour laquelle la description indiquée sur le site internet est fausse. Imperméabilité indiquée de 15,000 mm et respirabilité de 8,000 g/m2/24 h. Quelle déception en découvrant sur l'étiquette même de la veste que l'imperméabilité est de 10 000 et la respirabilité de 5 000. Si cette information avait été correctement indiquée, je n'aurais jamais passé commande. Encore un site internet qui incite à la prudence! C'est fatiguant de toujours devoir se méfier. Je ne recommande pas.

Package was sent via UPS and ended up "lost". Considering the expense of the item, a signature should have been required to turn it over. Melijoe was the only place that had the needed item and now that the only one in stock that I bought is "lost", I won't be able to buy another before Christmas even though I promised my child that they would have it.

Ich hab das erste Mal dort bestellt. Ist alles sehr gut gelaufen. Tolle Babykleidung von Petit Bateau zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Lieferzeit aus Frankreich war 1 Woche. Aber das nehme ich gerne in Kauf. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort bestellen.

Lynhurtig ordrebehandling og levering. Varerne var som de skulle være og bestillingen på webshoppen var uproblematisk og nem.
Jeg var ret skeptisk grundet den middelmådige score, men jeg er 100% tilfreds.

Non seulement ils propose des grandes marques de luxe mais aussi les marques comme petit bateau, Jacadi, cyrillus moi sa me permet d’acheter tout au même endroit!
Je souhaite aussi préciser que le service client est au top, j’ai été surprise une première fois avec une conseillère qui répondait gentiment à mes demande et il y’a quelque jours j’appelle une conseillère pour me plaindre d’une livraison tardive ( 1 jour de retard) est j’ai été agréablement surprise de la façon dont la conseillère m’a répondu, elle ma toute de suite rembourser les frais de port, j’ai ensuite demandé un geste commerciale qui on accepté mais ce qui m’a plus c’est que la conseillère revenez sans cesse vers moi jusqu’à ce que je sois satisfaite! Et s’excuse pour une réponse tardive de une journée!
Je remercie ces conseillère qui nous prennent vraiment en compte!
La livraison est rapide et les articles mis dans le panier ne disparaissent pas comme certain site ou les articles reste 15 min

Schneller Versand, Verpackung sehr gut, Preis und Qualität der Kleidung auch sehr gut. Daher die 3 Sterne. 2 Sterne Abzug gibt es für die Abwicklung Rücksendung / Umtausch sowie die versteckten Kosten bei einer Rücksendung. Versandkosten + Rückversandkosten in Höhe von 7 Euro übernimmt der Käufer. Da ich sehr viel und oft online shopping mache werde ich sehr wahrscheinlich nicht mehr bei Melijoe einkaufen. Die Größen von vielen Designern fallen leider unterschiedlich aus und daher ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit groß etwas umtauschen zu wollen und wenn die gewünschte Größe nicht verfügbar ist kriegt man weniger Geld erstattet... Da gibt es viele andere Onlineshops.

The speed of delivery is impressive, and so is the communication flow (your order is placed, your order has shipped, DHL will deliver tomorrow, etc.).

In all the times that we ordered, we never had any items misplaced, and never had any mix-ups. Which you kind of take for granted... until you try other platforms ;-D

My only point of criticism is that recently, there seems to be a problem with tags on the store: I find some pants through "Boys/All" but they are not shown through "Boys/Pants", which means they lack the proper tag; I come across skirts when filtering for boys only (which means some tags are plain wrong), and overall I feel like in the last 3-5 years the UI of how you discover items, and what is "relevant", could have been improved.

Either way, most importantly, I totally recommend Melijoe for the speed and accuracy of delivery, and it builds across the orders to full confidence in the platform. Well done!

Ordered on Friday from the UK and it arrived on Monday. Very good prices and services. Could track the order as well. Will definitely use again

Le seul bémol est l’arrêt du paiement en 3 fois depuis maintenant 2 ans. Franchement dommage car ça freine les commandes.

melijoe used to be a far superior company than it is now - since it has been bought over by a swedish company and transferred to sweden . they have NO PRODUCT DESCRIPTION WHATSOEVER - ( they used to ) thei shopping baskets ab=ns wish lists are not easy nor obvious to figure out - they never show when something is sold out in the shopping basket .
their assistant s on the phone are nice enough - but ineffectual - i have made several complaints but never got an answer . they really need to pull theuir socks up - especially compared to other serices such as CHILDRENS SALON - which in my oppinion is still the best .

The small letters: paid 14 euro’s to receive and sent a package back (too big raincoat with the right size that I ordered). My advice: Don’t buy here!
