DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MELIJOE-I picked for items for my 2 children&as it was near Midnight on Monday&Melijoe website says can secure checkout the next or future etc.Yesterday Tuesday I tried to pay on thrur’secure checkout’ but it says my shopping basket is empty😧. I enquired on Email & A female responded& I had to send another email explaining this again to her. Finally yesterday at 3pm she sent me the links to all 4 of my items am interested in. Almost ‘trusting’ Melijoe(Never Do that!)took credit card out to pay when suddenly I notice the Mini Me sequinned skirt DOLCE&GABBANA on my list is priced £320 instead of £232??..😳😧yet they say ‘secure checkout’ I telephoned them& complained about this& all she said oh yeah ok I’ll price-match by which time I am fed up I said after all your non- reliable safe checkout for the day after or near future that you promised on your website but you forgot to mention beware price-trick !
So I said after all this I’ll purchase that skirt at £200 for my child along with their other 3 items . She would not budge so I said I’ll be writing about this &I’ll continue take my customs to secret sales(I am just receiving a parcel from them now btw ), outnet, children salon .
And oh they charge for delivery despite my total bill would have been over £500 !! And The female did not provide me with an order number either !! Mrs Hudson (uk)

I had a misunderstanding occur with Melijoe customer service advisors. I was absolutely livid. Miss Primorac rectified the situation within 24hrs as well as personally calling me herself. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism, hospitality, knowledge and class by Ms Primorac. She is a fabulous asset to the company and represents the brand with such elegance. I have worked in the hospitality sector in NY for 19 years. As well as own and operate a worldwide concierge with very demanding clients. Point being, I’m not easily impressed by others in the field and I was highly impressed; to be quite honest still am. I have recommended Melijoe to several clients and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you very much Mariana.
Jakob, was also very accommodating via email exchange And helpful.
Thank you both I look forward to shopping with Melijoe for many years :)

This organisation rips people off. I returned a £34 pair of trousers, and they only refunded £15, claiming the difference had to be deducted for shipping costs. No other online retailer charges anything near this amount (if anything at all) for returns. They also charged £7.95 for the outward delivery, to me - how can the cost of returning items be twice as much? Customer Services told me this was a “mistake” but now refuse to refund the £19 difference. DO NOT BUY FROM MELLIJOE. Other retailers stock the same items and do not rip off their customers with egregious extra charges.

malheureusement très peu positif. les frais de livraison et de retour sont astronomiques. Une veste commandé à 65 € qui ne taillait pas correctement nous sera revenue à 101 € . 12 € par envoi et toujours en attente du remboursement depuis 16/6/20 !!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of Aigle gumboots. 1 pair is as per the photos, the other, the boots do not even have the Aigle bird logo on them. I believe it is not authentic and I would like someone to email me and refund me my money. I have send an email through my log in and as per these reviews I am worried I will also not receive a reply. My ticket number is: 961697

I always use Melijoe for my sons items. Service is exceptional, stock levels are right and choice is fantastic. It would be great if they stocked Stone Island too though. Don’t think they can be blamed for couriers who don’t arrive and parcels left on the doorstep as per some reviews. Couriers get delayed or fail to arrive despite instruction and these things happen! I don’t use any other company now.

I ordered a coat off this website a few weeks ago and i dont understand why there is so many bad reviews because when i recieved it it was packaged well all the tags are on it and i chekced the authenticity and it was authentic so it cant be a bad or fake website it came in 2-3 working days and nothing wrong with the order x

Melijoe is a great online shop for kids clothes that are really beautiful. I have used this website several times for gifts and for my kids. Recently I bought a whole pile of clothes and some shoes. I was so happy with all of it and didn't return anything. My son wore the shoes a few times and the stitching has come undone. I called them and the lady was friendly and asked me to email a photo to cumstomer service @melijoe.com which I have done a few days ago. I am still waiting for a response as to what to do next? On the website there is no email stated, is this email correct and if so when can I expect a reply? It's disappointing when you pay 90 euros for a pair of shoes and this happens... Hopefully they will reply soon and fix this.

3rd time ordering from Melijoe. DHL lost the parcel 2 weeks ago and advised me that they have informed Melijoe, for them to claim. I have written 3 times over the last 2 weeks to ask for status updates, but have had no response from France. Their HK customer service keeps saying they have had no response from their French headquarters.
The true measure of any company is when something goes wrong, what steps they take to make things right. Accountability and letting the customer have peace of mind is essential in global online shopping. In this regard, Melijoe has failed. I am very disappointed and expected better.
UPDATE. I got an email today to say that there will be a full refund to my card. Thank you. I have updated the rating by 2 stars, as the matter should have been handled better, and communication and updates need to be a lot better when things go wrong.

I was super impressed at the speedy shipping time. I ordered several outfits and they were all well packaged and in brand new condition! They were gorgeous! I will definitely order from them again as the clothes are beautiful and the delivery time amazing!

excellente commande,livraison très rapide,(colissimo 2-4 jours livré en 3 jours)bon suivie de la commande sur colissimo,malgré le prix de livraison un peu cher (7a10euros)et prix très intéressant(sweat timberland a 16euros!!)malgrès les innombrables avis négatifs je recommande ce site.

J'ai passé une commande il y a plus de 15 jours,malheureusement,cela me semble compliqué de pouvoir se faire rembourser car les délais de livraison sont extremement longs...
Je pars en vacances samedi,j'ai passé une commande de 390euros,je n'ai aucun intérêt à partir en vacances sans la commande estivale que j'attend.
Je demande un remboursement de ma commande.Merci de votre compréhension.

Grosse commande passée le 22 mai 2020 : 700 euros
Le 24 je reçois message du vendeur pour m'informer que le colis est parti.
Le site Colissimo m'informe que colis est pris en charge par eux.
Depuis le 24 mai, plus rien ne se mouvemente sur le site.
Je patiente et le 3 juin j'envoie message melijoe pour signifier mon mécontentement.
Pas de réponse
Le 5 juin je renvoie message : on me répond votre colis est expédié :((
Bref... j'appelle plusieurs fois service commercial et leur dernière réponse hier le 8 juin : il faut attendre que Colissimo leur signifie si cet envoi est perdu..procédure d'environ 10 jours, alors que cela fait plus de 15 jours que j'attends. Tout est traçable par lecture directe à l'écran
Double préjudice car j'attends des vêtements pour mon petit fils.
Je demande que l'on me renvoie cette commande que j'attends en urgence mais cette fois par un transport sécurisé.

I wish I had seen this before I ordered!
I was sceptical about ordering from here from the start but they were the only place I could get my daughters much desired ‘gold dress’ for her birthday.
Ordering was simple and the package arrived in time however what I received was more than a shock to the system - a stinking of cigarette smoke smelling already warn crumpled dress with bits of the gold laminate peeling off in all areas with a stain on it - just to confirm this was clearly someone else’s return. This dress was for my daughters birthday which was subsequently ruined because she didn’t get her dress. I immediately contacted customer service with my complaint to be told they would rectify the problem. A further fifteen emails later they repeat asking for photos which I have sent three times then say they have passed onto the relevant department. Then when you chase them they say to return the item at my own expense (to Paris) and place a new order. I’m sorry but you sent me a stinking, stained used dress which would be classed as faulty and you expect me to pay return fees - I will be reporting you to the highest level and to the Brand that you are selling on their behalf to make sure they are aware you send their brand out to new customers in that state. Disgusting to think you are sending used items especially in this Covid situation. Will be reporting to trading standards and anyone else I can think of.
