Catastrophe! J’effectue une commande lundi mais dans la foulé je me rend compte que je n’avais pas sélectionner la bonne taille pour l’un de mes trois article. Je contacte donc immédiatement le service client pour un échange de taille, mais on m’informe que cela n’est pas possible. Dans la soirée je reçois un mail qui m'annoncent De ma demande d’annulation des trois articles!! Alors que j’ai simplement demandé si un échange de tailles était possible et que la perssonnes du service clients m’a assuré qu’elle allé faire son maximum pour effectué ce changement. Je rappel le service client le lendemain dans la Mâtiné pour lui manifester mon mécontentement. Elle me répond qu’elle ne comprend pas et que c’est une erreur et qu’elle allé faire le nécessaire pour organisé la livraison. En fin de journée je reçois de nouveau un mail m’annonçant de l’annulation de ma commande et du remboursement des articles. Suivi de notre mail me précisant que les trois articles que j’avais commandé étaient en rupture de stock! BRAVO melijoe heureusement vous n'êtes pas les seul on ne m’y reprendra plus et je ne vous recommanderai en aucunement à mon entourage. Merci!

J’ai passé plusieurs appels du à des promotions, service client très réactif à chaque fois.
Commande reçu très rapidement, renvoyé car trop petit. Remboursement effectué très rapidement.
Vêtements comme leurs descriptions et envoyés avec soin.
Je repasserai commande les yeux fermés !

Excellent site : un large choix de vêtements, de belles marques, des réductions souvent proposées et même en cette période de Covid19 un traitement très rapide de ma commande et de livraison .

Après 4 commandes chez eux, je ne puis qu'être enchantée. Qualité, choix, sérieux, rapidité d'expédition... Bref, ce sont mes nouveaux "meilleurs amis" !

Both were cancelled for unknown reasons, but the funds are still blocked on the credit cards.
Impossible to reach anyone on the hotline, and nobody replies to e-mails.
Very disappointing

Je reste sur une mauvaise note , commande annuler types R . Alors que j’ai l’argent sur mon compte j’ai fait une deuxième tentative le même résultat. Ce son des articles pour un nouveau-né avec le confinement dur de sortir du coup c’est décevant !

Used to be a loyal customer but the service is now atrocious. Purchased a coat worth over £400 and the zip became faulty within weeks. They arranged a courier who did not arrive. I sent many emails and messages via Facebook to no response, when you call they hardly answer the phone when you do get through there are people who claim to be managers (Alexandre and Elodee) who promise follow up emails and calls who never follow through.
Told so many different things; send back, then send pictures, then longer then 28 days. Coats should be more durable then six weeks, especially for the price I paid!
£40 on phone calls and no resolution.
I am truly disappointed with Melijoe, I expect better for such a boutique.
*pictures are not the issue I have no problem sending them. The initial contact did not ask for images. She arranged the collection which did not arrive. It was after 3 weeks of zero communication I spoke with a man who said I need to repeat the process and send images hence me stating I’m told different things!
Why did you cancel my new order and not have the decency to communicate this with me? After everything I stupidly continued to spend my money with you. I have done nothing wrong. I’m offended by this treatment.
I’m forced to write this review because of your conduct, so no one else goes through what I have... Funny how you respond to this within an hour!

C’est un service très décevant ont ne c’est jamais si ils vi t répondre à nos e-mail je n’ai à ce jours aucune réponse au sujet de mon colis que je n’ai à ce jour pas reçu. Améliorer votre service client car il ne s’agit pas de mettre un numéro de téléphone ou personne ne prend la peine de nous répondre.

Doudoune bébé Tartine et chocolat taille 1 an achetée en solde en janvier 2019 pour ma fille qui allait avoir 1 an en décembre 2019. La veste de couleur argenté a été portée de novembre à février 2020... elle est devenue blanche à certains endroits.
La réponse de Melijoe a été très rapide mais s’agissant de la collection 2018 ils m’offrent un geste commercial: 10 Euros pour une prochaine commande... (prochaine commande qui n’arrivera pas!) très moyen pour un défaut qualité sur des produits haut de gamme!
Pour une veste qui est censé valoir 150 euro je trouve vraiment moyen qu’au bout de 2 mois elle s’abîme! De plus, répondre qu’elle a été achetée en janvier, collection ... quel importance??? L’importance est que le produit n’est pas à la hauteur. Quand on travail dans un monde destiné à l’enfant on est censé savoir qu’a la naissance les gens offrent des vêtements pour 6 mois, 12 mois, voir 18 mois. Il n’empêche que si vous vous dites dans le luxe, vous êtes censé assuré le service après vente!

This is my first purchase from melijoe. Before the purchase I was quite hesitated because I saw most of reviewers here didn’t have pleasant experiences. However I still made the purchase and the experience was great! Beautiful packaging, right products, quick delivery and everything just perfect. My daughter loves her new clothes very much! I am happy to make more purchase from molijoe in the future.
P.s. I live in Sydney and I received my parcel within 4 working days.

I have used Melijoe in the past several times with no problems. However I have never had cause before to contact customer services. A few weeks ago I placed a small order in the sale for 2 tops for my son's birthday. The postage charge was £8 for delivery via DHL but I was confident of the sizes in the brands so knew I would not have to return the items. I received notification on Friday 14th Feb that the parcel would be being delivered that day but with no option to change this. Unfortunately we were away for the weekend but I thought they would take the parcel away if no one there to accept it but if not I have a covered area by front door and an open cart lodge where it could also be left under cover. It was the weekend of Storm Dennis so we had huge amount of rain and I returned home on the Sunday to see the parcel sitting outside the front door completely uncovered where it had been left for 3 days in torrential rain. The cardboard was literally falling apart and the items inside (which were not in any additional wrapping) were damp and one top had a wet mark down it. I contacted Melijoe's customer service by e mail on the Sunday(16th Feb) explaining situation and asking them to allow me to return the items with no cost and refund the £8 delivery charge. I offered photographic evidence of the damage and water mark on top. I received no reply. I then decided to return the items as per the system on their website but inside the parcel again wrote an explanation of the situation and asked for the £8 original delivery charge to be refunded and for the £9 returns charge not to be deducted. I yesterday received an automated e mail confirming refund of the items minus the £9 returns charge and no refund for the delivery charge. I have contacted them again twice by e mail and no reply. I have checked DHL's website and it states that the request for a refund has to come from the sender - ie Melijoe. I appreciate that it is DHL who should have to pay but I cannot see why I should have to pay for an £8 delivery charge for an item that was not actually delivered to me but left outside a front door for 3 days (what if it had been stolen ?) or a £9 returns charge when if the items had not been left in rain for 3 days and damaged I would not have been returning. I am still waiting on a reply and an additional £17 refund.

Service client injoignable !
Je ne sais pas où est mon colis, il semble être perdu et je n'ai aucune nouvelle de Melijoe après 3 emails envoyés, des essais d'appel infructueux (je suis restée plus de 30 mn au tel pour les avoir, ils sont injoignables !!).
C'est inadmissible de voir un tel service clients aussi déplorable de nos jours !

Although they say they will contact me, I still have no answer. I already sent an email to customer support, but I didn't get any response. None of them ... I still have no refund and no information about my return. If I have two accounts they could have already solved...
They are very Nice in trustpilot , but in costumer care don’t response....

Une des meilleures sites de vente en ligne que j'ai consulté. J'ai acheté presque tout les vêtements et chaussures de ma fille sur ce site et je n'ai jamais eu aucun soucis. Le délai de livraison et plus que respectueux mes commandes arrivent dans les 3jour qui suivent

They don’t even deserve 1 star, they’re horrible I brought this item twice because they lied the 1st time saying my bank was holding my funds because it’s my 1st time shopping with them, then I purchased again after 1st order wAs cancelled because they were “unable to validate my order” now they’re doing it again with a different card all the same information I hate this website I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop here

There went something wrong with my payment. It took a couple of emails before the problem was solved, but in the end they did, so I am satisfied about that.

Absolutely delighted with the service and quality of the good I received.
Ordered on Friday and delivered to N Ireland on following Wednesday and was packed really nicely.
I had a very happy 10 year old son when his Levi parcel arrived and I availed of the discount code as well.
