Ordered 3 pieces and paied immediately via PayPal.
One day later my purchase was canceled without any Information or notice what is the reason for cancelation.
The Clothes I have ordered are placed back into Sales on Webpage.
I send several mails ...NO ANSWER.
As this is the second time my order was canceled without reason and Info...please close my customer account asap.

I am customer since 2014 and the delivery adress is still the same and has been absolutely correct.
Further you can contact seller if something in not clear instead of cancel purchase without a word.

I have been trying to reach Melijoe for over a month. I have sent 4 emails and tried the contact number from Bahrain but to no avail.
The prices were fine but the dresses but they didn’t fit my daughter properly. So I wanted to exchange them. But nobody is responding to my emails and nobody is answering the phone. And I am stuck with dresses that don’t fit my daughter.

Finally, I got a call from Melijoe. A lady named Natalie contacted and sorted everything. I am thankful for their consideration and understanding. looking forward to shop in the future.

THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!!
To say I’m disgusted is an understatement, I ordered a jacket for my son for Xmas and it was too small, I’ve contacted Melijoe customer service 14 times requesting to return and for a refund and I still have not recieved a reply.
I arranged collection of the item to return to them myself through their website and the delivery company didn’t even turn up.
So I’m stuck with a £100 Lacoste jacket that is of no use to me and they are making it impossible to return so I can get my money back.
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!!!

Absolutely useless I’ve sent around 10 emails no reply no phone number to contact them, I returned a coat as the colour was coming off it and got a credit amount which I then ordered over £200 worth of goods and still haven’t received them nearly 2 weeks later

注文後に「システムエラーで注文できませんでした」とメールが来たにもかかわらず、クレジット会社から請求書が来ました。
もちろん商品は届いていません。
カスタマーサービスに3回メールし、留守電にメッセージを残しているにもかかわらず、未だに返信・返金がありません。
追記:こちらに投稿したその日のうちに、カスタマーサービスから連絡が来て、後日返金手続きがされました。

Absolutely awful I have sent 4 emails of complaints as I ordered my daughter a coat and it was a small fitting I planned for a delivery driver to come and collect my item and they never turned up my daughter is stuck with no coat as it was £250 and I can’t get a refund because it won’t give me the option to plan another collection I have messaged them on Instagram and also rang several times to be put on hold and because the company isn’t in England I have been charged on my calls stay away from this company unless u know for certain the size of your child’s clothes or shoes because you will be stuck with a very expensive item I am taking this further as I don’t agree they should get away with this

Site à éviter absolument. Service client au mieux inutile (leur réponse favorite : je ne sais pas...), et sinon malhonnête. Ça va faire presque 1 mois qu’ils me balladent pour me rembourser de deux colis jamais reçu.
Ils annoncent des délais jamais respectés, et le pire de tout, vous prenne pour un imbécile.
Ça va faire 10 jours qu’ils m’annoncen Avoir fait mon remboursement en me demandant de vérifier mon compte, pour finalement m’annoncer aujourd’hui que le virement a été émis mais pas validé par la compta!!!!!!!! Et pour couronner le tout la personne qui s’occupe de cette fameuse validation serait absente pendant 15 jours.
J’ai jamais regretté un achat sur internet jusqu’a Melijoe.
Si vous me lisez, vous êtes la honte du commerce en ligne, et j’espere que les gens s’apercevront qu’il est très risqué de passer par vous

I saw ads of Melijoe on Instagram and found so many cool brands I really like on sale for my kid.
I ordered 3 jackets. After that, I read the reviews online and saw lots of bad reviews. I was a bit scared if I would ever get my package. However, I got an email about DHL update that it has shipped. I didn't pay much attention but the package arrived within 4 days after I made an online order. Everything came nicely packed in a nice box! I'm impressed. We live in NYC and I guess this was international shipping. I will definitely go back and shop more!

A company who does not allow for simple returns is one that does not want longterm customers. It is very disheartening to jump through so many hoops to return items that were not the items that you ordered. I ordered 2 packs of socks that said US 4-6 and the size 6-12 came. Melijoe was attractive because they carry Petit Bateau. Petit Bateau has recently closed in the US for what seems to be very similar reasons, so I was hoping to find a company who might have evolved when it comes to customer service, but that is not the case. This review would be longer but I have spent the maximum amount of energy I can worrying about children's socks.

Très déçue par ce site! Articles reçus impossibles à sortir du carton car beaucoup trop serrés. Une fois dépliés, il faut les repasser pour les offrir tellement ils sont froissés.
La qualité est médiocre et ne correspond pas du tout à des articles haut de gamme ( j’ai été obligée de reprendre tous les fils sur l’envers, la capuche est démesurée pour la taille de l’habit et au final je m’aperçois que l’étiquette mentionne une fabrication en chine!!)
Ces articles ne sont pas dignes de la marque affichée ( Stella Mac Cartney et Ralph Lauren) et je ne rachèterai plus rien sur ce site.
Site à fuir absolument!

I live in Australia and I’ve been trying to make a return for over a week with no response. I’ve been calling the nominated phone number they provide and I’ve been emailing them with complaints. I’m so frustrated! I ordered items in various sizes for my sons to try with the assurance that I’d be able to return the unwanted sizes. I’m so angry with this company. Easy to order but impossible to return.

So I ordered a pink moncler coat to the uk on Sunday night. It said 2/3 days for delivery yet it took 4 days and arrived today, Thursday. The brightness of the colour is completely different to in person and for that reason I’m sending it back. I have all the documents printed out and you HAVE TO use their return courier ( doesn’t give you the otherwise option) for £9. It initially said confirmed and gave me a 5 digit confirmation number for the courier to return the item on the day we set however we’ve had no email or been charged. We are in the dark because we don’t know what’s going on, will the price be deducted on the refund? It’s been so much hassle paying the expenses for it to be delivered / returned that when we get the refund, I am reluctant towards ordering from here now . If free delivery over £200 is on, maybe I will but does that exclude moncler coats? Because your false information on the 10% discount definitely didn’t apply to moncler coats!

After reading all the reviews i wasn’t sure if i wanted to purchase from here but it looked like a great and legit website, so i decided to purchase a Moncler Coat from here! Bought on Saturday and was shipped Monday. Arrived 2-3 days later on Thursday! Came wrapped up perfectly in tissue paper with free stickers all all tags and paperwork. Was very impressed and will definitely purchase from here again!!

I don't understand how there are so many bad reviews. Some people need to give their heads a wobble. The parcel arrived from France in 26 hours, I live in Blackpool.
It was sealed in a box and wrapped in tissue paper. Correct size. Absolutely no issues and the coat is fantastic.
Would order again and recommend to anyone.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they have sent me the wrong size. I have contacted them several times through their website with zero response.
The 28 days has now passed for return policy and I still have not heard from them.
Worst company to deal with as I’m in Australia and the time difference is a nightmare. Would not recommend.

J’ai mis une étoile et c’est vraiment car le service client répond au téléphone. Ils ne font pas autre chose aucune solution trouvée après ma commande passée début août. Commande jamais reçu pourtant chronopost indique la livraison. Le service client m’a annoncé que le remboursement n'était Pas possible (même après l’envoi d’attestation sur l’honneur de non livraison et attestation sur l’honneur de non conformité de signature). Après des dizaines d'échanges Avec eux ils me disent que la seule solution est de portée plainte contre chronopost. Cependant ils ne connaissent vraiment rien au loi car l’acheteur n’a aucun lien avec le transporteur. N’ACHETER VRAIMENT PAS ICI car en cas de problèmes, vous perdrez vos sous à coup sûr. Pour ma part 600€ de perdu.

Parcel arrived late even though I paid extra extra for faster delivery. They do not reply to emails but apparently they do reply on here! Will not order from them again because of poor service.

The service couldn't have been better. My order had shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Arrived within 3 days from Europe to Australia. Packed impeccably in a box with tissue paper - as good as gift wrapping imo. I used trust pilot to review Melijoe before I purchased. Despite some really negative reviews, I thought I'd give It a go. Since it was such a good service, I thought I should put a good review on the record.
Will definitely use Melijoe again.
