Expensive Moncler coats arrived stuffed in a DHL box in no packaging or protective covering. Appalling presentation to open a box and find the coats not even packaged. Message sent to Melijoe about this but no reply.

I had a good experience with this website. Shipping to Australia was really quick and relatively cheap considering it was express coming from europe. They also refunded quickly when one of my orders was cancelled. However, my only criticism is that their international help phone number doesn’t work (or I was using it wrong). But the social media manager answered me very quickly and they were super helpful.

Service client très à l écoute et aimable je les ai eu au bout de 3 sonneries ... au départ réticente de part les Avis négatifs, il en ai rien ! J ai étais rassurée par le service client et en plus on peut payer avec paypal donc rassurer à 100% j’ai commandé le 30 juin je l ai reçu aujourd’hui le 3 juillet en mondial relay et qui puisait produit de qualités et haut de gamme et pas cher en tout cas moins chers que les magasins en ville ce site « melijoe »est sérieux contrairement aux avis exposés... sincèrement

£8 delivery to the Uk is the most I’ve ever paid for delivery from the main designer kids on line stores. Even next day delivery is usually cheaper! Took over a week for my items to arrive. Returns was tricky was a hassle and I had to pay the postage back to France! The returns label doesn’t cover postage! Why would anyone in the Uk shop with this company I don’t know. It was my first and last time. Good range of Monnalisa however for the girls! So for that I’ll give 2 stars instead of 1.

I have ordered multiple time with Melijoe and was lucky to have people visiting and be home when the packages arrived. This time, as we both work, we have two missed attempts from DHL and I cant wave the signature. I called Melijoe and they said its fair to offer three delivery attempts. Do working parents not buy from this store??? I asked them to wave the signature, they said I have to call DHL. I did that and DHL told me that they cant as Melijoe made it impossible for them to wave signature. The other option I have is have it held at a DHL location, 45miles away, or change the delivery date, not helping as they "dont work in the weekend". Or change the address, but I cant ask a friend to not leave the house until DHL delivers as DHL delivers between 8am and 8pm, you dont expect that from a friend.
I am the customer, it is my choice and my risk if I want to wave the signature.
Obviously I am very mad when writing this, as my items will be send back and I will loose the money I paid for shipping, and I really liked the items I bought. So I loose twice... This is just not the way you treat customers that you want to keep. I know I will not buy with them anymore!!!
Also no reply to emails as said in other comments.
Update: it is not delivered with me. I had it rerouted to a Dhl holding locker so I can pick it up. I have not had time as the place closes at 5.30pm it’s far away and not open on Saturday so NO I do not have the items

I return one item from my shipment and i send many emails to inform them to refuenx my mony . No body replay and i did not refund my money .

Update: Melijoe reached out to me and gave me a full refund for my recent purchase - they think the package got lost in the mail service somewhere along the way. Thank you for the service.
I have been a customer of Melijoe for about six years now. Previously, Melijoe had great service, shipping things and answering to requests and questions very quickly. But from about a year ago, the service has deteriorated greatly; there was an issue with my previous order, where the shipment came very late and the box had been damaged and covered with colored water; I inquired to Melijoe to help me contact the appropriate mailing entity and they said they would follow up, but never heard back. Because that experience was so bad, I had distanced myself from the store, but gave it another try to get a gift for my niece. I am still waiting on the order, which I placed on April 29th. I inquired about the shipment since I received a tracking number too, but have not heard back in more than two days. I am at a loss at what to do if the order never comes; over $200 wasted. It is very disappointing given how good the service was before and how good the merchandise is. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from Melijoe anymore.

Terrible service had to return 2 items but my printer wasn’t working so they offered to send me the relevant documents 3 times in the end I asked a freind to do it for me but there was only documents for 1 of the items so called and arranged pick up and explained that there was only documents fir one of the items but eventually it was sent , 3 weeks later !!!! After the parcel has gone the documents turned up with , and to make things worse i have tried to call to ask when I will be getting my refund and their phone line is out of service !!!!?????? Would nit recommend purchasing from melojie

Ik had 7 dagen geleden een review over Melijoe geschreven, geen terugbetaling. Nu de klantendienst heeft contact met mij opgenomen. Het was gewoon een vergissing. Ik heb mijn centen, 73€ dezelfde week nog teruggekregen. Super! Ik ga toch nog eens shoppen bij Melijoe. SUPER!

Contacted them via email twice never have I received a reply. The most recent was when they had extra 20 percent on outlet but the code didn’t work eventhough it was displayed on the website I’m still waiting to hear back

Service client inexistant. Commande jamais reçu. 2 messages envoyés au service client en 1 semaine, et aucune réponse de leur part.
Je ne recommande vraiment pas ce site qui ne se soucis que très peu de ses clients .... 1ere commande passé chez eux, et ce sera la dernière !!

Je recommande. Très contente de mon achat. Article bien emballé reçu en Belgique dans les 3 jours. Vêtements de bébé de qualité avec un bon prix surtout pendant les soldes .

Placed my order 25 december at 0100 AM, Thursday the 27 december at 1030 AM I recieved my parcel. Wow amacing service, and even more impressive that it was in Christmas hollidays.

My rating is just based on that they charge for shipping plus some flat rate of £9 just for that that you decided to return your item just to make you not to want return item.

I have only ordered a top for my daughter recently money has left my bank, but I have not had a confirmation email, and now reading the reviews worried will not get the item I ordered, or money back. Not sure why I have not received confirmation of order if I receive item will be happy to write a another review

Ordered many times from them, this time didn't receive the products. Called Melijoe every week and keep asking me to wait for a few days. Two investigations opened from DHL both indicate the package was delivery without authorization/wrong person. The DHL admitted they are at fault and Representative from Melijoe keep telling me DHL said delivery was successful. Gave them both reference ID and still no response after two weeks. It’s been almost two months now.

To get my money back- they never sent a tracking number and they won’t issue a refund for some bizarre reason! This has been a terrible experience I’ve never in my life experienced this. I am calling consumer affairs- STAY AWAY from this company they are absolute theives ! I’ve been chasing my money for a month this is insane - !

My first time ordering two kenzo skirts on Saturday i got a confirmation email so I’m waiting on a shipped email and i didn’t receive one . I checked online and it says my order has been cancelled i called the customer service number 10 times and it keeps hanging up this website is a SCAM ! I will write bad reviews everywhere until somebody contact me i want my money or my kids skirts immediately
