Good Afternoon Niclas, seen as this is the only way of getting a response from Memorace - you finally acknowledged my order had been missed and sent me a tracking number that does not work. From reading reviews I'm not the only one. Please can I have a response as soon as possible.. it's been three months since I placed my order and you took my money.

I ordered a poster for my partner completing Stockholm Marathon.
Order process was easy, shipping delayed, but did arrive. The packaging was not satisfactory for shipping abroad and to prevent damage to a print.
On arrival the poster was damaged. We reached out to customer services immediately, Niclas replied and reassured a new print would be sent.
Since then, they have been silent, we have reached out again to chase tracking details, however they have stopped replying and no sign of a replacement poster.
We have not heard from Niclas or Memorace since 17th June 2026, we have chased via email 3 times last email we sent was on 13th July.
Its a shame to tarnish someone's post race memories with this experience and unsatisfactory customer experience.
We would like to memorace team to reach out as a matter of priority to rectify this issue.

I ordered two paintings, but only one was delivered. I've contacted customer service multiple times by email and phone (Niclas) regarding the missing painting, but the issue remains unresolved.

They eventually created a replacement order and sent me a new DHL tracking link, but the link doesn't work, and I have no way of tracking the shipment (that was a month ago), still have not received anything. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to my emails and messages.

At this point I have requested a refund but I have yet to received any response. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I could not be further from recommending this company. My order number was #3041

Leveranstiden var nästan exakt 2 månader, det anser jag är alldeles för lång tid med tanke på priset.

I preorderd a poster for The Rome Marathon for Memorace and the service I received was fantastic. The product it's self is lovely and produced to a very high standard. Big shout out to the customer service and in particular Niclas who handled an issue I had quickly, efficiently and without fuss. Most definitely recommend and use them again for future races.

Hello I would like to refer that it’s almost 2 months and I’m still waiting for my order. I have made a preorder before Barcelona marathon. Even though they have sent me a tracking number unfortunately DHL have told me that there is no such a tracking number… Someone of them has answered me like 20 days ago and told me that they have had to wait for the official results and that he solved the problem. But I’m still waiting and waiting!

Products are excellent (personalized race art from the Rome Marathon), but the customer service is outstanding!

Great communication every step of the way. Even an impromptu check after the item was delivered to see if I was happy with it.

A very refreshing change. Would highly reccomend!

They are very easy to be contacted, ever time give an answer on time, even on the next day or on the same day. But no delivery iscomüng alteadı 36 days. I am expecting the art work with impatience, I have already bought the frame with paspartou. I think that for these works every time the frame must have a paspartou. I gave one star less because the delivery is very slowly, these are just prints of a ready painting, illustration. I paid before the Barcelona race. But so, maybe several days more and I will have it at home. They say every time that Barcelona sent them the results list 11 days after marathon but they have the names and bib numbers of everybody and could check alone the net time in the site with results. Why did they wait 11 days I dont know . They use post, it is not written cleary, post never delivers something, even Christmas cards, never arive.

... A tutt'oggi 18 Marzo 2026, ancora deve arrivare la mia spedizione, ordinata il 3 Marzo 2026. Ho mandato 4 e-mail, a cui, stucchevolmente, non è mai seguita alcuna risposta! Oltre al danno, anche la beffa, sottoforma di mancanza di rispetto ed educazione, oltreché di mancanza totale di professionalità !!! Finalmente contattato da Memorance, tramite sms, ho scoperto che c'è stato un problema di comunicazione, le e-mail di risposta, non sono arrivate, per problemi tecnici... Ora spero di aggiungere a questa recensione, un po' controversa, una decisamente migliore e positiva, quando riceverò la mia spedizione

I accidentally ordered the half marathon poster instead of marathon and they were super helpful and nice about it and fixed the error for me. Super happy with my poster, great quality :)

I had problems with the delivery and wrong information, refund. The customer service was fast and helpful but the service itself with the printing, delivery and solution can be improved I believe.

Firstly, the artwork is amazing. It’s on beautiful thick card and is exactly as advertised - if not better. It arrived packed in a flat box also and wasn’t rolled, the company also emailed me to make sure I had an updated tracking link when the courier missed the first delivery.

Highly recommend getting yourself one after your next race - I will be continuing my collection!

I took the opportunity to order the Rome Marathon artwork prior to the 2025 event. The ordering process was very quick and straightforward. At the Expo I had a fabulous conversation with the Memorace rep and I was very happy to support such a unique company, who is in turn supporting local artists.
Unfortunately, during postage home the poster was damaged and unable to be framed. The customer service was outstanding, and I now have a perfect piece of art ready for framing.
This is an absolutely beautiful reminder of my first marathon, and I look forward to seeing Memorace at more marathon events.
I would complete another marathon just to have more artwork! Thank you Memorace.
