I contacted Metro Pm to discuss an issue my Mum had with some residents not discarding their household waste currently. I received an email from Rupinder who then dealt with the matter professionally and efficiently.

Very happy with service.

Reported a weak tv signal and was contacted almost immediately by a company who made an appointment and rang on two occasions to confirm. The engineer was prompt, knowledgeable and quickly determined what the problem was on our side of the signal. Then he fitted a filter on the distribution panels. Also, he recommended small items we could purchase to improve our reception.
Very peased that Metro use this company.

I have reported a lighting issue a few times to Metro and they have resolved it each time very quickly.

On this occasion and this only I give Metro PM a 5 star review. After several phone calls about my leaking garage(perished guttering first reported in August) another phone call lead to a prompt visit from their repair contact and guttering was replaced. I can only ask one question…..why does it take many phone calls and emails to create a positive response? Metro PM you have a lot of work to do in order to create a more positive attitude towards you. You charge a lot but do not give value for money….except on this occasion!

Sadly I have to report that despite The Property Ombudsman upholding each and every complaint I made and awarding compensation last August, Metro have slipped back into failing to respond to questions. I have outstanding requests from November and have raised a further complaint with TPO today.

Poorly maintained estate with damaged window sills and wires from roof hanging over and on to balconies!

Disappointing to see increased rent charges in comparison to poor level(s) of service provided. Previously ran by calthorpe estates, now downgraded to metro pm who treat the place like council estate(s). From overdue Dis repair to rat infested bin area(s). Not good :(

Metro have just come on board with our property and have been very supportive and understanding with issues that have been a problem in the past, pro-active in trying to find solutions from previous issues. Good communication with the management team. Very positive.

I recently dealt with Anna who works in the safety team for metro PM. She was amazing and really went out of her way to help with some safety matters regarding the sale of my property. The company is lucky to have her really , very professional

Quick response to ongoing problem with main security door to block.

We had been trying to solve a dangerous tree issue for several years. Recently the property maintenance was taken over by Metro.pm. After receiving my request to deal with it they sent a professional crew to start resolving the problems. We feel fortunate Metro.pm have now taken over this and look forward to the remaining work to be completed.

I have to say that Rupinder Singh from Metro Company has brought me a great customer experience, he always responds to you first and tries his best to solve the customer's problem, he has served me twice, each time very efficient and friendly, and I believe he will keep this enthusiasm and serve more people in need.

Quick to respond to phone call & sorted out the issue

It’s very good to get first class quick responses to phone calls.
Previous companies have not responded to calls and so problems weren’t addressed.
George Liddar is always available and resolves problems quickly and efficiently,in a very friendly way.
