I went to Michael Jones with an idea for a ring i wanted and dealt with Abbi following an experience my husband had using her. Abbi was absolutely brilliant - she listened and understood the brief, spent ages working out what I really wanted and looking for the perfect stone, steered me in a better direction when it was needed and made sure I came out with the very best option possible. Nothing was too much trouble, she is extremely knowledgeable and so personable, it was an absolute delight to spend my money with her. This is not the first time we have used MJJ and it most certainly won't be the last! I have some beautiful pieces courtesy of Michael Jones and they are definitely our number one choice for jewellers. Whether you are looking for a bespoke piece or a premade one, you won't go wrong with Abbi. Also, kudos to the mystery maker of the ring - they did an exceptional job and it is stunning. Fantastic job all round.

Great service would use them again
I lost an earring on holiday that matched a necklace I bought in Chester. I found these guys had a pair on the web site. There method of shipping was secure and the way they packaged the goods was excellent.

Over the past few years I have only ever bought top quality watches and jewellery from Michael Jones in Northampton and just recently they looked after a major repair to my wife's watch. I shall soon be making another purchase from them and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.....I don't believe the fine quality of friendly service and level of expertise could be matched by any other retailer..

Having received some very poor service from a well known online watch company I found Michael Jones Jeweller. Fantastic service, good prices and very friendly staff.
