Beautiful Tissot watch, though delivery was slightly delayed
I recently purchased a Tissot Classic Dream Quartz (T1294103626100) from Michael Jones Jewellers. The watch itself is excellent and was very securely and nicely packed upon arrival.
My only minor disappointment was the shipping time. Having ordered on Friday, I expected it by Monday at the latest, but it arrived on Tuesday. Because of the initial delay and the following holidays, I wasn't able to collect it from the post office for another week. While the product quality is 5-star, I’d have loved to see slightly faster dispatch to avoid the holiday backlog. Overall, a great purchase and I would shop here again."

I purchased an ex-display watch which was exactly as described - and at a great price.
The additional "gift-wrapping" was a nice touch - especially being sealed with wax.
It's the first time I have used Michael Jones, but they will certainly be on my list for any future purchases.

Staff very welcoming, polite and attentive. Dealt with my requirements immediately. I was very pleased with my ring resizing and the cleaning of my ring. I am delighted I can wear it again and see it sparkling on my finger. Iwould definitely recommend this jewellers.

We had a lovely experience buying our wedding bands here. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely looked after rather than rushed or upsold. The guidance from Neil was thoughtful and knowledgeable, and we were given the space to ask questions and take our time deciding what felt right for us.
It’s such a meaningful purchase and the care and attention made the whole process feel calm and special. We left feeling confident in our choices and really happy with our rings. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for wedding jewellery and personal, honest service.
