I placed an order on 15 September 2025 (order number 18684) totalling £160.65, which I never received. The purchase was made through their Instagram business page.

I contacted the support team and, aside from automated responses and a later reply from a representative, I was informed that they were unable to locate my order. As a result, I have lost £160.65 due to what appears to be a fraudulent website.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I ordered at the end of December. I received the cups. It is now almost mid-March and I haven’t received the machine or the rest of my order. Multiple emails to them have been ignored including the last demanding a refund. In all this time I got a response from “Sarah” saying she would look into it. Never got a response after that or to any other emails. Don’t waste your hard earned money with these people. They’re a scam.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. First off, I asked for a refund 9 days after purchase and before it was shipped. Despite their policy saying they'll contact you within 3 days of an email and that refund policy is only for the first 14 days after purchase, they refused to refund me. Second, after multiple emails back and forth, the product arrived and I refused delivery so it got sent back to them -- they acknowledged the return receipt but STILL said I was not eligible for a refund, despite them being in receipt of multiple emails before their own 14 day refund policy. I filed a grievance with my bank, sent them all the emails and copies of the refund policy. My bank returned my money to me but Milkin'Plants never contacted me again. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Also, be sure to read their conflicting policies -- refunds are only for 14 days after you order, Not 14 days after you receive it!!!!! And, their suggestions of you to use it for 30 days then decide to keep or return??? HAHAHA-- the policy would NEVER cover it!!!!! Do NOT Buy from here!!!!!!!

Looking at the reviews we are one customer that gives it a resounding 3 stars here. Some success and some failure. First we ordered it early last year and the delivery didn’t take too long. Tried various attempts of making oat milk but all variations were unsuccessful no matter what we did. Tried almond milk with some success. The best result we got was with soya beans. This is what we now make almost daily. 35 gms of beans and set to soya setting and 24 minutes, success every time. It does create a sludge to strain it into the bottle (we bought the 3 bottles at the same time) but with a bit of patience and a tea spoon to help it along we manage ok and when cool we put it in the fridge. We also top the bottle up to around half an inch from the top with water and this seems fine. To the paste left behind we add it to our yoghurt as it still has great properties in it and it mixes well with our yoghurt nicely. We bought online the soya beans in a pack of 2.5 kilos and this lasts ages. We have successfully been making soya milk since.
However soya milk and almond milk is really our only success and we certainly gave up with oat milk as it was always too gloopy to do anything with.
We give it 3 stars as it gives us a good soya milk which we make daily but as far as any other milks I would be cautious of the result. The amount of milk you make is not as much as you expect.

Milkin plants customer services refuse to contact their courier to investigate the missing item

I have contacted the courier who have sent me an email stating that the item has been stolen and not delivered safely to me , the courier accepts full responsibility.
The courier requires Milkin plants to claim for the loss of the item
I have forwarded this email to Milkin Plants who are ignoring my emails.
I have since read the reviews on the company
The reviews are extremely negative
Customers feel they have been scammed by milkin plants.
They take your money and do not fulfil their terms of sale .

Order #18145 I've never received the product but they refused to refund. From May to December and the problem is not solved.

Habe den milkmaker im März bekommen!
Anfangs sehr begeistert und jeden Tag genutzt aufgrund der kleinen Fassungsmenge.
Seit Oktober immer mal wieder Probleme, das er mixt bevor überhaupt das Programm gewählt wurde. Und extrem laut.
Seit 3 Tagen total versagen.
Direkt dem Kundenservice kontaktiert, da ja die Garantie noch vorhanden ist.
Bis heute keine Rückmeldung auch nach weitern mails um eine schnelle Lösung zu finden.
Nichts passiert, sehr ärgerlich und deshalb kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews before buying the machine

had it for less than a month and already I have had an E1 error which means it needs to be returned to them

which considering what the other reviews posted said is going to mean I need to claim the money back on my credit card

Great product while it worked. Unfortunately it developed a fault with the motor, started leaking black fluid and no longer grinds nuts properly. Emailed customer service and had swift responses each time. They confirmed that the model is faulty and is still within warranty. But that's it. Nothing about a refund or replacement. I've emailed again several times since asking about a refund or replacement, as per the warranty. However they are no longer replying to my emails. Very frustrating. I will be taking this issue further.

Now I just receivec an answer to my email after I sent several emails. KEEP THE ORDER AND IF I RECEIVED IT YOU STILL WILL REIMBURSE MY MONEY BECAUSE I KEPT ASKING FOR A REFUND AND I WANT THE REFUND SO I DO NOT CARE WHERE THE ORDER IS. AGAIN. I ALREADY FILED A REPORT THAT YOU STOLE MY MONEY

Took my friends money didn’t deliver product nor answer emails from her for a refund.

Awful customer service. Abismal communication. Poor service on every level. Would never recommend or use again.

The first time I used the Milkinplants machine the cleaning function didn't work. Then I discovered that the only function that worked on it was the main one for making the nut milk and the other five functions are faulty. I forwarded Videos to the company to demonstrate this. I received the following emails at first and now there is no response from them.

"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand that you may have received a faulty machine, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'll forward this to our dedicated team and they will review it promptly and take the necessary steps to resolve the matter. Once we get an update from them, we'll get back to you as soon as possible". I am waiting for a response.

The product initially arrived all be it very slowly. It was a good item for a few weeks. However it developed a fault code. I reported it as per the manual but over a month of daily chase ups later I am still not getting the return lable or a refund. They reply to me which is part of why I bought in the first place I asked a few questions and got prompt replies which created a false sense of security that this was a reputable company. They are fraudsters. Keep your money in your pocket.

I bought from here. It arrived and didn’t work.
I kept all packaging and asked to send back within 4 days of having it.
They stopped replying to my emails. Then sent repeat emails asking for more info. Even after “reviewing” the video I sent of it not working and agreeing it was faulty.

Very disappointing and feel so stupid for losing my money and getting scammed. It has affected my trust in online shopping for life.

When I complained about the taste of the milks Sarah went over the process to which I found out that my product didn’t come with anything; no booklet and especially no filter. I have been asking for a filter several times. At this point I am being ignored. This product is overpriced and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Don’t buy it.

Waste of money and the customer service is terrible!!!

I attempted to make oat milk according to their recipe. It tasted like wet raw oats. Not appealing. The machine capacity is MUCH smaller than expected, and except for the fact that it has a heater, it is similar to but less effective than my blender or my Nutri-bullet in pulverizing grains, seeds, or nuts. I was unable to return it, so it was a huge waste of money, and sadly another electric device to be added to the earth’s mountain of garbage.

If I could give less than a star I would. The machine exploded gung all over my kitchen and it's nearly impossible to clean, the strainer is absolutely useless. It was advertised to come with a recipe booklet which is a complete scam. And don't even let me start with the customer service. Never had such bad feedback.
I complained and was promised a partial refund, never received it and when I required I was told they changed supplier?? and therefore can't offer me the refund. What does a supplier have to with with customer service? Absolute scam.
