I bought this appliance with a 90 day money back guarantee. They are contravening Trade Descriptions because now they say 14 day only policy despite having a screenshot of theirs stating 90 day return available. The almond milk has a powdery taste and I’ve realised I can actually make it quicker and the result is far superior. Rubbish company who refuse to answer emails. Save your money!

Have wrote to them 3 times in the last week without hearing a word back. They haven’t sent any information regarding shipping and when I click on the order it looks like they haven’t even shipped it at all. I ordered it 3 weeks ago. This is supposed to be a birthday present but it’s looking like I’ll have to report them to my back as a fraudulent company if they won’t reply to my emails and send me the information I need.

This product is advertised as making milk in 5 minutes but actually if you want soy milk (which is the only kind I want because of the higher protein content), it takes 20 minutes to process and then several minutes and stirring to get it through the filter. This is not what I expected so I tried to return it. It took 3 emails from me to get a response. I jumped through all their hoops: Requesting the refund within 14 days, using the machine for 7 days, and documenting the use with photos. I’ve saved all the original packaging for return. However..no way is anyone getting their money back. They refused my return on the basis that my reason to return was “buyer’s remorse”. This is not an ethical company to buy from!

Mein bestelltes und bezahltes Produkt ist nie angekommen. Weil ich mich erst nach 14 Tage nach Bestellungeingang gemeldet habe, wollen sie mir weder das Produkt nochmals versuchen zu senden noch Geld zurück geben.

I should have just stuck with my blender and nut milk bag to make almond milk, the purchase of Milkinplants machine is a waste of money and time, crap product. My complaints are the same as everyone else. Back to the blender and nut milk bag.

Followed instructions to the letter. Just a slurry of whole almonds and paste after 4 cycles. Burnt on the bottom of container. The clean function sprayed soapy water everywhere. Tried to cancel purchase as there had been no contact but they quickly sent it. Will be requesting refund. Waste of time and money. So disappointed. Avoid

So I was really excited about this product, but when it came it had no recipes and no real instructions. I looked on the internet for what to do and found somewhere that said soak 1 cup of soybeans, well that turned into a lot MORE cups than and WAY too much for the machine. There are no instructions on their website either which is insane. If you don't want to include it in the box, then have it available somewhere! Anyway I added some of the soybeans and water and now it's heating and the milk is coming out of a hole in the top of the machine. I did not put the liquid higher than the maximum line, so no idea why it's coming out the top. I emailed customer service yesterday about some questions on how to use the thing and I have gotten no response, not even an automated one saying we got your email and will respond soon. I probably will just try to figure out how to do this in a vitamix. I don't see how they are going to give me money back (LOL... so much for the money back guarantee) if they don't respond to emails and that's the only way to get hold of them. I wish I had looked on trustpilot before I did this. It's a great idea, but really a scam I think.

Rubbish customer service. Doesn’t work properly mine kept heating regardless of what program. Then literally exploded even I tried to use the self clean app - sadly unable to load photos of this on here for some reason

Don’t buy!!! It’s way too expensive compared to the product you get - a tiny, heating blender. It takes 25 noisy minutes to produce plant milk and the strainer is miserable. In case you want to return the product within the “90 days, no questions asked, policy” you’re LOST. They will NEVER give you an address to return it to, and once they get the point that you want your money back you will only receive auto-emails.

SCAM and TERRIBLE service! It has been 84 days and counting since I started a return for this awfully functioning milk maker (which makes slimy hot oat milk!). First I was told to return it all the way to the US (requiring myself to pay). After much back and forth it was settled that I would pay to return to an "office" in Preston. I sent that back a month ago and have been in touch multiple times with no answer!! Still waiting for my refund and for my response!

There are also cheaper versions of the EXACT same thing on Ali Express and Amazon. It's actually specifically a SOY milk maker and they have tried to pass it off as a nut milk maker. If you are paying that much you shouldn't need to press a "fruit juice" button to make cold milk.

They sent me some plastic shelves not the plant milk maker which I ordered , although they have replied to some emails they haven’t been helpful in resolving the problem it’s been over 50 days and no plant milk machine or my money back.
I like the idea of a plant milk machine but I wouldn’t consider purchasing from this company again.
After waiting for a couple of weeks I purchased a very similar looking product from Amazon at half the price and so far its working well.

I am incredibly disappointed that I have not yet received a response regarding my issue with the Milkin Plants Maker. Unfortunately, the machine has stopped working entirely! The lights no longer turn on, seemingly from one day to the next.
This machine was a significant investment, and I’ve only been able to use it for a few months.
This is a total SCAM!!

They don't respond to emails. I asked them if it was possible to make cold milk instead of hot, which is not indicated in the book. They never responded. The only reason I bought it was because I wanted cold, raw milk — but it doesn’t seem suitable for that.

Scam company. My experience has been similar to all the bad reviews. Don’t buy from them. You will regret it.

Order placed on 04/03/2025 and had never received neither parcel nor notice from them, despite various email asking for a tracking number or an invoice they never had the courtesy of answering back. They are literal con artist and platform benefiting of their ads should be held responsible for allowing such thieves to thrive

I was eagerly waiting for the product to arrive and when it did, it had no instructions or any kind of guide on how to use it in terms of recipes. I do not know how much water, and or nuts to put in there. I asked for a return and they tell me I am too late because they only have 14 days return policy and the machine took forever to arrive so now they tell me they can't refund me and I am stuck with an expensive thing I can't use!!! They are acting like a SCAM!!! And I hope they go bankrupt...

Uselt företag och usel produkt. Man måste använda produkten innan man skickar tillbaka den och dessutom dokumentera detta. Jag vill inte ha den kvar, låt mig skicka tillbaka! Inget svar på flera veckor trots upprepade påstötningar. Det kommer att sluta med att jag skänker apparaten till loppis och glömmer detta felköp.

Follow up on my previous review… after a long silence from this rubbish company I have received an email saying there is a new management in place and as you can see they can do nothing. The best way to avoid paying customers back, making up a ‘new company management’, such BS it makes me furious for all the other customers who decide to trust these people!

Do NOT buy from them. They are con artists. They actually sent me an email confirming I would receive a 30% refund and then when I chased it they told me I was out of the refund period. I sent them the email they had sent to me the day after I received my jug, but still they wont engage. They need shutting down. Buyer beware
