Have been using my machine for over a month. No problems whatsoever. You have to get spend some time finding your preferences . I prefer using the cold milk option than the heated but that’s just a preference as they both do taste good and work well. (Cold is less messy too and more creamy in end result, I do soak my nuts but that’s a preference as I like to have them washed before going in, I have made them without soaking too and it works just fine) I use it to make almond and coconut nut milk . Have even bought extra milk holders as they last a while in the fridge. Delivery is going to take a while as it’s not sent from UK but it was within the 2-7 days postage of being sent and received within a week after.
Can’t comment on returning as I haven’t needed to .

The product has terrible texture. The customer service is the worst I have experienced. If I could rate this product and the company a "0" I would.

It's a scam. I placed an order based on an Instagram advertisement, and when I received the milk maker, it was not working. I contacted the company to return it, but they never provided a return label or address. I only received automated replies with irrelevant messages - clearly not from a real person.

The product was shipped from China, which means I could have bought something of similar quality on AliExpress for €17, instead of the €149 I paid to this scam company.

Do not order from them!

Realicé un pedido a través de su página web, el cual fue pagado puntualmente (28/04/2025) . Sin embargo, nunca recibí el producto. Tras múltiples intentos de contacto, la empresa se limitó a alegar un supuesto cambio de proveedor y me instó a reclamar a mi banco, sin asumir ninguna responsabilidad directa.
Después de semanas sin solución, ni reembolso ni envío, considero que se trata de una práctica fraudulenta. A día de hoy, no tengo el producto ni la devolución del dinero. ❗️Advertencia: en mi opinión, Milkin’Plants no es una empresa confiable.
Mi deber como clienta es alertar a otros consumidores para que no caigan en la misma situación.

Not worth the money. It does not make plantmilk at all. It can prepare some pretty decent souplike mush though.

Zero star. Dont buy! It is impossible to return and false advertising.

I would rate less, if possible! I didn't like the product (took too long to make the milk, the result was not very enjoyable and the cleaning takes too long - hence I am not seeing the benefit of using the machine). I wanted to make use of the advertised 90-day free return policy, which has not been honored so far. I am still fighting to get an answer from them - almost impossible, always "draft answers" and no solution whatsoever. Don't buy there!

I asked for a manual -was not possible to get... I asked for it, they did answer somewhat quick, but they have not send the manual... really 🤨

This machine should be renamed to Milkin Cashews as that's the only thing you can make with this that is practical and drinkable. And I have tried every nut I could buy at Unicorn. I am very disappointed because they advertise it as being able to make oat milk and it absolutely cannot even when using their own video recipe on Facebook.
So many ingredients and so much water wasted by their misleading advertising campaigns.

I have placed the order order number 18250 I’ve waited around 5 days. I emailed the support. They sent an automatic response of acknowledgment. They kept telling me that the tracking information wasn’t available and I had to wait. I continue to wait and it is now per them 14 days and I still haven’t received the product and they won’t give me a refund whoever you are reading these reviews. Be careful about what you order online and what companies you support

I was not at all pleased with the product. Tried several recipes. But since I reached out 17 days after receiving my order I was told I was too late for a return. Their order page says "90 day money back guarantee". That's a lie. When I asked about it I received no response. Don't risk a purchase with a company that works this way.

It's doesn't do what it suppose to do.. it make a lovely slime thick and sticky pastey liquid not suitable to drink. The 14 days money back is a scam, they start that soon it's been ordered so by the time you receive the item you've lost a week on it and then you've lost the return right... No instructions, no recipe and it's not worth a tenner! I'm 135 out of pocket for it be sitting in the cupboard collect dust.. mind do the dust won't even stick to it it's that bad! Report to trading standard 👌

Absolute scam. Received the machine but on first use it burned the nuts and left a big burn mark at the bottom so can no longer be used. Have tried to contact several times about this. After one reply asking for evidence, they have completely ignored all my attempts to get in touch and seek a replacement or refund.

This review is more towards the customer support and return policy than to the product itself all tho I have tested it out and it's no different than a regular blender with which I made very similar quality drinks, and that is the reason why I wanted to return it! Anyway, an order was placed around December, they were out of stock, so we waited to receive it for a few months, after I reminded them with an email. As soon as we received it, I noticed it's quite a similar product to what we already have, so I've sent an email asap. They replied within a week, saying that they will review whether our product is eligible for return, to which I said, ok. I have sent them a few emails as a reminder that we exist and have an open query. They replied 3 days ago saying "We have carefully reviewed your inquiry and noted that your request for a return falls outside of our standard return timeframe".... I wonder why it falls out of your standard return timeframe... Yeah, that's all from me. Good luck if you want to return it by any chance.

Also, when you blend whatever you are blending, you are supposed to separate liquid from the solid parts with a tiny strainer that they provide, which you don't see in videos, so it's also kind of misleading.

The milk maker is of high quality. It grinds especially cashew nuts perfectly and the product needs almost no sieving.
What I didn‘t like was that the shipping took so long and the tardiness of the customer service. They answered my first email, saying that they had a lot of purchases in that time. My second email was ignored.
The second point I didn‘t like was the almost scam like promise, that there would be a 90days period in which the mashine could be sent back. It is not true!
Then the third point I have to reclaim is the promise that the almond milk or whatever would contain 40percent nut. Sorry but this wouldn‘t be drinkable. It is 6 to 7%. And if you sieve the drink, even less.
Another thing: if you use sunflowerseeds, don‘t use the cooking option but the option for cold grinding. Even if you have to press it twice. Otherwise the water will spill through that little hole in the lid.
Nonetheless the vegan milk tastes delicious!

This company is a disgrace.

I ordered a milk blender and X3 bottles weeks ago. Didn't hear anything despite me emailing them around 15+ times. All I wanted was a tracking number. Eventually I got a tracking number, and when, after the longest time, it arrived in the UK, it was given to Yodel who dumped it on my doorstep, outside of the delivery time slot, and by the time I got home it had been taken. I emailed this company again and again and again ( I also paid for insurance). Never heard back with any kind of resolution. Went to PayPal who couldn't help. Dozens of phone calls, and emails later, I'm £145 down, no product and so mad I can feel my BP going up just talking about it. Do yourself a favour, scroll on by, go to a shop in your country and by a blender. Don't buy into the companies glossy adverts because trust me, it's all an experience you will wish you never had. I will continue to email them not expecting a resolution. This has to be illegal right?

Worst customer service. I ordered two months ago and it still hasn’t arrived.
The emails I’ve got were only automated messages from their side.

If I could give zero I would. Placed an order.. Waited 3 weeks. It never turned up. Nothing from any delivery service, so I couldn't track the delivery. Contacted them via email, eventually got a reply claiming they were looking into it. I paid for postage protection so I would have thought it would be easy enough to find out what happened. Then no response. Emailed again a week later.. Heard nothing. Keep your money.. There are items similar from other companies where you actually might receive something you pay for!

Das Produkt selbst ist in Ordnung, aber die versprochenen Bonus parts (Sieb, Rezeptbuch...) waren nicht dabei. Auf meine mehrfachen E-mails an den Kundenservice erfolgte keinerlei Reaktion. Das Kontaktformular auf der Webseite führt zu Fehler 404 und mein 1-Stern-Review auf der Webseite wurde gleich mal aussortiert. Es wird also nicht angezeigt. Also auch auf die 90-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie würde ich mich nicht verlassen. Wenn man das Gerät zurückschickt, bekommt man dann sein Geld? Fehler bei der Lieferung, das kommt vor. Aber alles weitere zu ignorieren, geht gar nicht. Schade. Wie gesagt, das Gerät selbst ist in Ordnung. Aber es gibt Alternativen. Aus heutiger Sicht würde ich mich für ein anderes Produkt entscheiden.

There was no recipe book provided although it promised one in the advertisement. I wrote their support unit multiple times and no response at all. Their refund policy only lasts 14 days and you cannot complain during the first 7 days -- I believe I am due a full refund. Oh, another problem, there is no address provided to return the product.

They need to provide me a full refund due to their dishonest tactics and product.
